Great experience at Westminster Medical Group and Dr Sebastian. They looked after me really well on the day, kept me informed throughout, and the procedure went exactly as had been explained in my initial consultation. To say I am delighted with the results would be an understatement.

I contacted WMG for a quote on a large transplant. Their service has been brilliant, and the expertise of the surgeon was my deciding factor. They spent the time to understand my situation and offered the best solution. The process was smooth and I am very happy with the results so far. It was money well spent and I would highly recommend them for a transplant over any other clinic out there.

After suffering a really bad experience with a clinic called the Hair Growth Centre in Maida Vale, I did yet more research and stumbled across Westminster Medical Group. I decided to have a corrective procedure following the damage caused by the Hair Growth Centre. From the start, the staff at Westminster Medical Group demonstrated professionalism, great customer service and a strong technical grasp of corrective hair transplant surgery.

Barbara and Theresa were excellent with regards to the standard of customer service, providing frequent communucation, prompt replies to questions and keeping me in the loop regarding developments.

Dr Sebastian and his technicians were also excellent. Dr Sebastian saw me for 3 consultations prior and address all my queries professionally. On the day of the procedure, Dr Sebastian and his technicians demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, friendliness and quality of service.

I strongly recommend the Westminster Medical Group.

I had my FUE transplant with WMG. It was a very good experience. Dr. Sebastian and team was very friendly throughout the procedure and explained everything clearly. Felt safe and worth for the money sent. Also the price they offer is in line with other clinics in Harley street. Only thing they need to consider is the cost for PRP session is twice high than that of other clinics. My wife wanted to have 3 sessions but WMG charged 600 Pound which is 50% higher than Wimpole and other clinics. So she went ahead with Wimpole. They can reconsider the price for this.

I'd spent many years considering my options for bettering my hair. I tried topical solutions and vitamins with only a very mild improvement. After much research I found Westminster Medical Group and I'm so happy I did. The team are incredibly attentive and caring and I needn't have been worried about the procedure as it was comfortable, clinical and professional throughout the day. After-care has also been incredible. As James said... 'It's like a day at the spa' I've recommended Westminster to friends, family and my customers. Great experience with a FUE hair transplant procedure from first contact through to aftercare. Would recommend.

I contacted the Westminster group because I had an uneven beard that was patchy and I felt like people were staring at it, which made me feel awkward. Dr Sebastian convinced me that it could be filled in from my donor hair, which I have plenty of, and I booked in to have it done. It was a good experience throughout, with us both deciding on a design, and the actual procedure was quicker than I thought with a good team for support. Looking forward to seeing the new growth this year!

Had a great experience having an FUE procedure at WMG. I was well looked after from the pre op, to on the day and post procedure. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly and even went to the lengths to supply a lunch for me halfway through. I was very relaxed throughout the day, the clinic was spotless and very hygienic and was able to listen to music and even watch Netflix when the grafts were being planted! Excited to see the results in a few months. Thanks again to all the staff for making day comfortable.

Marzena was very skilful in scalp pigmentation and the end result is very good. It doesn't look artificial and naturally blends with the rest of my scalp.

I also want to point out that initially I asked for a hair transplant and they told me a scalp pigmentation is good enough. They are not just a business that sells you the most expensive plan, but they are really trying to help you to get the most suitable treatment.

Having ignored wanting to restore my hair for a number of years... I finally plucked up the courage and visited Dr. Sebastian at Westminster Medical Group. Hair loss is a delicate subject... though I was put at total ease from the time I got in touch to the day of my hair procedure. The entire team are very professional. Great experience all in all. A fantastic personalised service from initial email consultation to post operative care. I was immediatley put at ease by Dr Rogers and his team when I arrived on the morning of my treatment, all of whom are clearly absolute professionals. Particular thanks to Alice, Donna and Jodie for their kindness, support and sense of humour throughout the day. I'd happily recommend WMG to anyone.
