I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Wolf Mission. I placed an order for a couch cover on December 14th and, over a month later, it still has not arrived. I was provided with a tracking number, but every time I check it, the status shows that the item is still in China and hasn’t even been picked up by the carrier.

I have contacted customer service multiple times and keep receiving the exact same generic response: “It’s on the way, keep an eye on your tracking number.” There has been no real explanation for the delay and no effort to provide an updated or accurate delivery estimate.

Due to the lack of progress and the repetitive, unhelpful responses, I requested a full refund. Since making that request, I have not received any reply at all. The complete silence after asking for a refund is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The long shipping delay, lack of transparency, and poor customer service have made this a very negative purchasing experience. Buyers should be cautious and prepared for potential delays and difficulty getting meaningful support if something goes wrong.

I ordered a wolf jacket on 12/20/2025, have not received my jacket yet!! It is now 1/30/2026 and still have not heard back about it!! This site is definitely a scam, I sent emails ( several) with no reply from anyone. I'm going to my bank to get my money back and they can kiss my ass!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!

❌ Terrible shopping experience

I ordered a product from Wolfmission.shop and it arrived over a month late, completely different from what was advertised in both model and color.

I tried to contact customer service multiple times, but never received any reply. The only emails I got were promotions and offers, completely ignoring my requests.

I had to send a final demand email to request a refund, otherwise I would have received no assistance at all.

This site is unreliable and appears to be a scam. Avoid buying here at all costs.

Waiting for orders not being sent shows waiting to be picked up by carrier out of China, yet when someone in touch out of Delaware and asking if I wished to place an order.

Ordered a black wolf coat. They took the money and never sent the coat. Just another scam. Very disappointing. Be wary of any sites that the product comes from china or any other country. Scammers

Disgraceful con. False reassurances of goods dispatched which never arrive and then when challenged no communication

Doesn't even warrant a 1 star. Ordered a wolf mug in December.. havent received it. Doesn't even appear to have been sent so tracking is no use. Messaged them 3X .. ive ordered many things from the US and has arrived no problem. Disgusting

Here's me being honest and truthful. I ordered a black ladies small wolf print coat for my wife for Christmas back in November and didn't receive it. I was apparently given false information about it from what I thought was your website and turns out it was a fraudulent site and got scammed. I would like the coat I ordered please. I am fkn pissed off right now.

I placed this order for jacket 5 weeks ago, on Dec 14, 2025. They said it would be delivered in less than 10 days.

The tracking shows it still in China and says "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier." That's the same thing it has said for the past 4 weeks.

They did respond to one of my first emails saying it will be delivered in 3 to 10 days, but have not responded to any e-mails the last two weeks.

Beginning to think I was scammed. Or maybe its just an incredibly unreliable business ? Either way, I recommend you stay clear.

J ai passé une commande et on m a dit qu elle serait livré en 3 -9 jours ouvrables. De plus ils ne répondent pas a mes courriels sur le pourquoi qu il n y a aucune infos sur le numéro de suivi. De plus, le numéro qu ils fournissent vient de Chine aucunement des états unis. J ai payé dans le vide pour un manteau que j aurai probablement jamais . J aurai du lire les autres avis avant de leur faire confiance.

I continue waiting for a coat pay 58 pounds. the order saied I receive in 3 or 5 days 2 of January and the track is in Elgin. I really think this is a scam

Spent over £100 on a beautiful sofa wolf blanket.
Never ever came.
No reply to emails no updates nothing.
They just walked off with my money.

I ordered a coat for my daughter for Christmas and never received it. Don’t waste your money, they are scamming people out of their money.

An Absolute SCAM DON'T TOUCH THIS WEBSITE. Ordered a top for my Daughter received an email stating tracking number etc. But when checking it ,total rubbish. Kept getting emails from Tara saying it was on it's way but that eas 7 weeks ago. So don't waste your money as it's a SCAM

Most likely a scam. Ordered 12/5 still nothing. Don’t waste your money, updates shows my shit is still in China …..

Wolf Mission, never delivers the product. It's a compete scam. They won't be in business for long. I have a friend who told me his father, an IRS agent, is looking into them.
It serves them right for filching so many folk out of their hard earned money.

Ordered my blanket and have got nothing but what seems to be auto generated emails. No status updates. Item was ordered 12/5/2025. Still nothing. Total scam company. I am canceling payment. DO NOT deal with this false business.

What BS as I have been waiting over a month for my order with not a single order update on the site or tracking NOTHING and the support is totally useless I can’t give this zero stars

Never got the coats I ordered. I'm sure it's a scam. The coats looked great on the site. Bought them through Paypal so I will claim the money back.

I ordered a ring on Dec 5, 2025. I had received a message saying that they had sold out of that particular ring. Then they had made more rings and mine will be sent out and I will get it before Christmas. Still haven't received it by Jan. 12, 2026. I go to the tracking and it says it is still waiting to be picked up by the carrier. That has been the message for 2 weeks now. Very disappointed.
