Ordered a hoodie on the 4th Dec 2025 as a Christmas gift and I'm still waiting for it on the 11th Jan 2026. I've received no emails or had a tracker on the item. I paid £43 for it.

Beware of this store. It's a huge scam. I've been waiting for over a month and I've gotten some replies that they've shipped, but there's no way to check where the package is. It's a huge scam.

I ordered a package December 11, 2025 and have not received it yet as of January 7, 2026. I’m not sure the company is a real company or not. I believe it could be a scam. Tiffany keeps saying package is on the way

Wrong item delivered. Tried many times to correct problem. Tiffany has her head up her butt because she never addresses the issue. Just says your item was delivered. I couldn't even find the hoodie they sent me on the website. Probably some hoodie they had hanging around. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!

Had the exact experience with previous customer review! Bought a coat on November still hasn't arrived eventhough they keep sending me the same email with a trucking number that it doesn't work for 2 months now!!it feels like a scam! Thankfully PayPal refund my money back!

Having ordered a jacket on Dec10th and being given tracking ,neither have worked or arrived.I now feel I"ve been scammed.These people are ruining genuine carers for the Wolf . My feelings now are to never trust adverts on the pc.

Don't be a sucker like me this store is a scam. I paid $78 for a coat. no response from customer support. No coat. Sent a letter to the company quote unquote. No reply. No reply to multiple emails. No coat! In my opinion this company is a complete scam run away.

I ordered some tshirts, some necklaces, a wolf light thing and a ring on the 12/11/2025. While I have received a light thing it wasnt even assembled probably and I've been waiting over a month for my other items. I have contacted them several times but they always give me a bullshit answer. Thats $300NZD that I have lost because of these scammer people and I live in New Zealand.
Tonight I'll ask for my money back, hopefully they will comply otherwise I'll tell everyone just how bad they really are.

Ordered a coat December 9th and it never arrived. Tiffany from support is never useful because she keeps emailing me saying my package is on the way when it hasn't even shipped still. The email they send you the next day saying your package was shipped is clearly bs. Luckily when I requested a refund they gave me one but they still continue to send me emails saying my order is on the way when it's not. Also they are a scam and don't support wolves, they get away with it because if you click on terms of service on their website it says they are not responsible for the inaccurate information on their website.

I ordered a jacket as a Christmas gift on 11/24. received an email on 11/30 that it shipped and would take approximately 12 business days to arrive. When it did not, I sent emails asking for a tracking number more than once but never got a reply. They give you no way to contact them and based on my experience and other reviews it looks like this is a scam site. DO NOT purchase anything from these crroks.

1 star is too much. Absolute bs and total scam. Ordered the Wolf coat for my wife on Nov 13th 2025 and still no order or response from customer service. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Item was ordered in Oct - still not arrived. Company is a scam. They pray on those of us who own and support the wolf mission. The company says it is in USA, but the products are made in China. The shipping is ridiculous. My product is still on a slow boat from China even though they said and say it will be here in 4-15 business days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

Ordered a thick, fleecy wolf jacket in white. Received a blue thin, non fleecy, non lined, cheap looking hoodie.
When contacted eventually told me they would.give me a30% return, or otherwise would.hqve to charge me a "restocking fee" as well as a shipping fee!

Needless to say I contacted PayPal who.gave me a full refund instantly(? Means they've had issues before).

Stay away!

As many other people have reported, THIS "company" IS A SCAM!!!! Placed an order with a promise to deliver in 5 days. BS!!!!!!
Mission Wolf in Colorado is an upstanding place that I have actually visited. They are probably getting some backlash, and that troubles me deeply.
DO NOT order from these scumbags from Wolfmission unless you want to be ROBBED!!

Bestilte et par øreringe som gave - levering foregik problemfrit, men kvaliteten på øreringene var elendig og lignede slet ikke billederne på hjemmesiden af produktet. De ser meget billige ud, er kantede i metallet og der er slet ikke de detaljer, som man kan se på billederne. På hjemmesiden reklamerede de ligeledes med at der ville være en gratis halskæde med i alle bestillinger, men der var ingen med i pakken jeg modtog.
Da jeg skrev til kundeservice for at få pengene tilbage, tilbød de blot 30% af prisen returneret. De sagde at det ville blive mere bøvlet for mig at returnere produktet og så skulle jeg betale både 15% i "restocking fee" og forsendelsesomkostninger. Jeg har aldrig hørt om noget firma, som tager 15% af produktets pris for at lægge den tilbage på hylden. Og de skriver intet om dette på deres hjemmeside under "refund policy".
Hold jer væk fra denne hjemmeside!

Sadly had to give a star but would give it none. Wish I had checked Trustpilot before buying. Ordered a woman’s wolf knit sweater, (£39 plus p.p. & insurance, £46.90 in total), but what I received was a long sleeved, lightweight, polyester top. Poor quality and the picture of the wolf on the front was naff. Contacted Wolf Mission by email on receipt. Got an apology and then they requested a further $12 to send out the correct item. Declined and informed them I had since checked them out on Trustpilot. Got an email back asking for a photo of the item, which I supplied. Not heard anything since.
Did get refund via PayPal.

The product sent looked no where near the advertised photo. I had ordered a plush coat and it was nothing but a sweatshirt. And I ordered a size larger and it still didn't fit. I've exchanged 10 emails with them and they are not honoring the advertised 30 day money back guarantee. Terrible experience, terrible company. Don't fall for this company like I did! If I could've rated it a negative number I would have!
