You sent the wrong coat didn't get free gift took over a month to receive and the coat is not leather it's vinyl

Ik heb begin augustus 2025 een bestelling gedaan en heb niks geleverd gekregen ik heb 4 mails gestuurd en krijg geen reactie mijn geld wat ik betaald heb krijg ik ook niet terug eigenlijk hebben ze helemaal geen ster verdiend maar ik moest er 1 geven

BUYER BEWARE!! They don’t even deserve one star. I ordered the oversized knit wolf hoodie and got a cheap polyester long sleeve shirt with a hood, and the wolf picture on the front looks terrible! Not at all what they are advertising on their website. I emailed them for a refund, but haven’t heard back, as of yet. According to these reviews, I’m not holding my breath. I’d feel better if I knew, for a fact, that they were truly a wolf support/charity organization and my $57 went to a good cause, but their deceitful advertising leads me to believe they are not.

Scam, scam and scam.
The product I received was not what was advertised.
I’ve requested a return, we’ll see how that works out.

I ordered a 'cosy knit' jumper on 26th October, unfortunately what arrived was not cosy or knitted, instead I received a top made of nasty cheap material with not a bit of 'cosy' or 'knit' in sight. Further more it looks nothing like the photos on the site.

Having bought from this company before, although not clothing, I didn't check TrustPilot before I ordered. Big mistake.

The phone number provided does not work, and there was no response to the email I sent.

Thankfully the full amount including postage was refunded to me via PayPal within minutes of my complaint on the PayPal site.

My advice, sadly, is go elsewhere for clothing.

I ordered the cozy knit wolf hoodie and after 2 months was send a cheap thin nylon jumper with a picture of a wolf stuck on front. I wish I'd seen your reviews before ordering. I am trying to get the correct item or a refund but won't hold my breath. I also should have checked if they really do support the protection and survival of wolves or ate just using them to scam - I am too trusting unfortunately

I ordered a KNITTED wolf jumper, which looked fab in the picture. What arrived was a print on a sweatshirt. Very disappointed, to say the least! Will definitely not recommend this company. Said they were saving wolves, but don't believe them.

Describe one thing & sending another..
I order a knitted hoodie with a wolfface, and the pictures show a knitted hoodie, but when I've recieved it after some time it wasn't knitted at all! It was 100% polyester, very thin, made in China and same quality as those from Temu. But if you buy it from Temu directly you can have 4 to the same price..

I ordered a Quilted Blanket with a wolf on it on 2/10/2025. The edging on the picture is brown and I ordered a king size which is 80" by 90". What I received was a blanket without quilting on it, it has a white boarder not brown and the size of the blanket is 58" by 74".
I was also supposed to get a free gift of a tiffany style wolf lamp and that hasn't turned up either.
I don't believe any of there reviews on their shop web page

Received my order (can't remember the exact date) - but one item was broken. I emailed their "contact us" page and have not heard back. Can't find a phone number and really wish I had checked their reviews before ordering. If I had, I would not have ordered from them. Defenders of Wildlife is a solid charitable organization that I also contribute to for the protection of Wolves and habitat.

I ordered a wolf pendant i wish I would have read these reviews I never received it and after 4 emails I guess I'm scamned Tiffany kept telling me maybe it went to another house and expected me to go door to door looking for it. Do not buy from them !!!!!

Have a better system to return a item. I can't seem to get help; I left many messages but I'm not happy. You are waiting for the 30 days to run out. I will not recommend my friends to deal with this company. you like to get the money for item but don't like to refund

UPDATE: How about that! One day after I do my review, the merchandise showed up. 😮 OK, so here's the scoop, Don't Buy These Products. I ordered a "Winter" coat that is so thin it could be used for a liner. The sleeves are so tight that I couldn't even bend my elbows and it's not tapered, like in their ad, it just hangs straight, like a sack. Definitely not worth the money. I also purchased an Oversized Blanket Hoodie, which is supposed to keep you warm, but it has the same problem as the coat. It's so thin that the air from my fan across the room went right through it. It's definitely oversized though and hangs to my knees. A small person would get lost in it. 😂 The products are not worth the cost. Buy local. They come from China, which I didn't know until I saw it on the tracking page..when it worked.
I think they have a good idea, just very poorly executed.

I get a bunch of fluff emails telling me how backed up they are, but no real answer.
I told them to send me my order or give me a full refund, but of course there's no response. Their tracking page doesn't even work anymore.
Don't buy anything from this store!

SCAMMERS. Made it sound good until they recieved my payment. Once my payment went threw, I couldn't contact them. Their address n phone # disappeared. I Never did receive anything. Total scam

Ordered two pairs of earrings. And was supposed to have a free light on each earings came but no light or lamp.bit disappointed really

I know I have recently put my experience on trust pilot & I still say the same however I was also given the Delaware address. I've tried reporting as they are sending the complaints to an amazing charity in Colorado for horses wolf dogs & wolves. I know they are a real charity. How can we stop wolf mission?
No one seems to want to know or care. I have tried to get in touch again with them for an explanation of my missing 2 blankets guess what zilch!!!!Can trust pilot give us any ideas. As they really need to be stopped Thank you. Krissy Overill

I ordered back in September from Wolf Mission and I still haven’t received my order. I sent them several emails and never had a response. It’s now October and I haven’t received my order and I most likely won’t but they did take my money.

Ordered two wolf t-shirts in August which haven't arrived. Contact support is useless, I sent them three emails now asking for an update which they haven't bothered responding to. I gave two stars because the last thing I ordered was delivered.

My sister ordered me the Wolf Jacket and they took the money and never sent the Jacket. There is no phone number to contact them and they do not answer EMAILS or MESSAGES So NOT a real company, They STEAL your money !!

I was worried after reading reviews regarding wolf mission as I ordered a wolf hoodie three weeks ago I was wishing I had read the reviews before I ordered well my hoodie arrived today and it,s beautiful I am so happy with my purchase.
