I ordered a jacket on August 26th and received an email stating that my order was being prepared. It was supposed to be shipped out in 3-5 days. I received a second email on September 9th stating because of a high demand, It would be shipped out in at most 9 days. I checked the tracking # daily but it never changed from order was received. I checked again today, September 24th, and it now says in transit. I have looked through some of the reviews ad it appears as quite a few people have had similar experiences as I am having.

I have brought some nice stuff off this site which I have loved. The lamp I was a bit disappointed with no power cord. I ordered some stuff off this site a while back which never arrived. My emails to them were not answered I ended up calling my bank to sort it. The sad thing is I love wolves and I love the fact that when you ordered some of the money went towards supporting them. But I don't trust the company anymore and won't be ordering off them again

I ordered my wolf coat in January and still do not have it in June. They won’t respond to emails. Scam!!!

Terrible company. Ordered this ring, wore it daily, took care of it and it turned a copper color. They responded early on with trying to give me a "discount" if I ordered again. Now they don't respond at all.

SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. The first time (2022) was great. The second time (2023/2024) was horrible. They sent half of my order, it wasnt correct, wouldnt refund me for the other half. WHat they sent was a cheap highly flammable weird hooded dress thing I didnt order. They Denied my credit card chargeback and then sent me a sob story email about how they are a small business. I spent months and months going back and forth with them and finally decided I was just out that money.

No guarantee! Sent wolf lamp with no power source! Said they could refund 30% but that never came!

Do not buy from this company. They'll steal your money and not deliver your items. On 17th March 2025, I placed two orders. One was for the Women's Wolf Mission coat for myself and the other order was for the lamp which was meant to be a birthday present for my dad who loves Wolves. I spent a total of £89.75.
It's now midway through May and I have never received my stuff and they have not replied to my emails either. I am always on Trustpilot checking out websites before I buy anything, but on this one occasion I forgot to check and got caught out.

As if it wasn't bad enough that they steal your money and not deliver the goods, but they do it under the guise that they are helping the conservation of Wolves. DISGUSTING!

SCAM. The quality is terrible. Don't even try.

-100 stars. Order coat in December 2024, now April 2025 and no coat. Emailed multiple times with no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

My order, which I made on 7th of February is still just confirmed. The estimated shipping is 2-3 days. I have send 3 e mails to be informed and still I have got no answer. I' m really sorry about the organisation, because I wanted to support it but it is unreliable. I should have been my decision if I wanted to just donate my money and how much I would not theirs. Just a shame for the cause.

Absolute scam, took my money and sent nothing. What a low life company, stealing peoples money and then walking away. Disgusting.

Won't answer messages. Never got my order. And never got money back.

I can't give lower than 1 star, paid good money and for nothing, not a squeak back from this useless scam of a company. Emailed 4 times and no response, no Facebook group anymore. Trust pilot is also a no good useless company.

When you contact the company, they just offer you a slight discount on the item. Which i doubt you would 9get anyway.
Keep your money. Please do not buy under any circumstances .

I ordered 2 Tshirt tops from them. I never received them. I wrote to them three times and got no reply. Luckily, I had used PayPal to make my purchase, so I turned to them for help., they took up my case and got me a full refund. Thank God for PayPal.

Ordered 2 coats back un Nov2024. Got an email stating ordered has been sent, got a tracking number and everything. Then get an email that they have more orders than they expected. Waited sent an email then tracking number no longer works. Emailed again and got an apology that I should receive my order in 3-9 business days . That was on Jan 24 and coats are still not out for delivery. DON’T BUY FROM THIS STORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! And now with 25% tariff if they do arrive I will be paying more.
