Won't answer messages. Never got my order. And never got money back.

I can't give lower than 1 star, paid good money and for nothing, not a squeak back from this useless scam of a company. Emailed 4 times and no response, no Facebook group anymore. Trust pilot is also a no good useless company.

Do not purchase.

When you contact the company, they just offer you a slight discount on the item. Which i doubt you would 9get anyway.
Keep your money. Please do not buy under any circumstances .

I ordered 2 Tshirt tops from them. I never received them. I wrote to them three times and got no reply. Luckily, I had used PayPal to make my purchase, so I turned to them for help., they took up my case and got me a full refund. Thank God for PayPal.

Ordered 2 coats back un Nov2024. Got an email stating ordered has been sent, got a tracking number and everything. Then get an email that they have more orders than they expected. Waited sent an email then tracking number no longer works. Emailed again and got an apology that I should receive my order in 3-9 business days . That was on Jan 24 and coats are still not out for delivery. DON’T BUY FROM THIS STORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! And now with 25% tariff if they do arrive I will be paying more.

My mother-in-law ordered me a coat for Christmas, never got an email with a tracking number and it never came. When I emailed asking them to look into it, they told us shipping a new coat would cost $12. When I asked for tracking information for the first coat I never got a reply. Scam.

Terrible company. Ordered a coat , they took my money but never sent me an email or tracking number. And of course I never received the coat. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!

Terrible product! buyer beware, I ordered the wolf lamps and they are pieces of junk! don't buy unless you want to just give your money away! Shame on this business for taking people's money and giving nothing in product in return...the lamps I got are going into the garbage!

A one star is higher than they deserve. I order a wolf lamp from them. Supposed to be stained glass, ( picture was quite striking). I got a Dollar Store plastic wolf lamp. Asked for a refund, all I got was that they would give me a 30% refund. I emailed back unacceptable. Filed a complaint with my credit card company. Have never heard back from them. Did get an email to rate, the person I emailed with. I gave her a 0. Bad business beware

I have sent emails and a complaint on customer service. I never hear from them. I am trying to reorder the wolf jacket in a size extra large. I was told l would have to pay $12 for shipping. I just want the correct size. I will not order from this company again. The jacket runs small and it is shorter than l thought. I contacted my bank disputing the money l sent in and not receiving the product. I got a refund from my bank.

Like others are stating AVOID. I placed an order for a lamp and a ring. The lamp they sent arrived broken and looked nothing like what they show on their site, and the ring was too small to fit my 10-year-old niece's finger...I had ordered a size 10 ring.

I have emailed them several times, and they have yet to respond.

Placed an order on Dec. 23,2024 for jewelry. Received an email from the company saying that the package had been delivered. Not delivered. The post office checked and told that there had been no package received with that Tracking information. I have tried calling and have sent emails but have heard nothing back nor have I received my order. This is not right! I Paid good money for these Items and I have nothing to show for it.

Ordered over a month ago they tell me it's been delivered which it hasn't, customer services ignore emails, been over three weeks and still no proper reply, company is a scam just there to steal your money DO NOT USE

Like others I was lured in by the picture of the Wolf Table Lamp sold on Facebook by Wolf Mission. The original price looked ridiculous (£166) but the reduced price of £58 looked reasonable especially as proceeds were going to assist wolves.

The reality was very different. The lamp was delivered late, it was quite small and of very poor quality (not worth more than £10). It came with no battery or any indication what battery should be used. I made 3 attempts to contact their support team through their website and by email to find out what batteries were required, each attempt being ignored.

The website shows 30 5* reviews however either these people, got a different product, worked for the organisation or had incredibly low expectations.

I added a 1* review on their site which unsurprisingly does not appear if you go on their page.

Please do not waste your money on this rubbish. You would be better getting 6 £10 notes and set fire to them.

Super scam ordered a wolf light lamp that looks nothing like advertised. Finding out they are less than stellar when it comes to customer service. Beware! Do not buy.

I ordered the stunning wolf lamp for a friend. What eventually arrived looked nothing like the item advertised. Then, instead of honouring their 'stress free' return where they provide the shipping label, they offered 30% refund. Or the alternative is she pay return AND a 15% restocking fee. I'm now referring to credit card company.
Disgraceful, people want to genuinely help Wolves, find a different way.

I ordered the stained glass wolf lamp. It took 4 weeks to get it. It is nothing like the picture. It is made of cheap plastic and battery operated. It cost me over $100 Canadian for garbage. I have contacted support asking for a return shipping label and my money back and the responses I am getting talks about quality of hoodies, what the program's purpose is and nothing related to my request.

Bought the wolf lamp . Dreadfully disappointed. No instructions, no battery. Cheap looking plastic made in China. Bottom fell out when installing battery as it wasn’t glued in properly.
When lit it’s more a night light than a table lamp. It probably cost less than £5
and they charge over £50. It is a total rip-off. My advice is do not buy from this company to avoid disappointment.
