Wood Fuel Co-operative レビュー

The product is excellent. There was a problem with the delivery company and they failed to deliver on the day they said. What did impress me was I got a call from Steve, from Wood fuel, who explained what the problem was and said they I would get the delivery the next morning, which I did. Excellent customer service, will definitely use this supplier again.

Thank you for delivering our order- it came one day ahead of the tracking date- a lovely suprise as we were both home to move it.

We bought Beech Nestro as it was highly recommended for our "tricky" stove by our chimney sweep. Certainly looks the job....but we didnt realise that it had to come from Europe, which seems rather excessive.

Delivered as requested and helpful driver

Second purchase

Excellent customer care and friendly communication together with keen problem solving when couriers fail to deliver.

The website is simple to use and payment is easy. Arrangements for delivery were straightforward.

Great communication, delivery when convenient, great product. Have been ordering from here for a few years and it's always a pleasure.

Great service (despite my lack of IT skills) and fast delivery. Looking forward to a cosy winter in front of our stove :-)

Great response , quick to call to confirm delivery details etc.
and great that there’s a company like this in scotland.

Order delivered when I wanted it and Pallet line left in right in my garage, so I'm all set for winter.

A company who offered the Pinikay logs I wanted. Ordering and all dealings with the company were first class. I had a problem with delivery which was outside the Company 's control. I had dealings with Steve who was sympathetic and as helpful as he could be. It was resolved and the product looks good so I am pleased. I would recommend Wood Fuel Co operative and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Slick, great communication, fabulous service. Thank you.

Great service from purchase to delivery.

Great company to deal with. Kept me upto date with the briquette availability.

Delivery notified to us in advance and pallet dropped off by very helpful driver. Wood blocks carefully packed and what we ordered. Thank you very much for such good products, prices and service
