Too costly
Panels look good but is extremely too expensive not just the panels but the extras that you get for them, makes it unreasonable and panels from elsewhere a far better option

Hi Jeb, we certainly appreciate the feedback and the appreciation of the quality of our products. Whilst we are a premium brand we do offer an Essentials range of panels starting at $159 that still remain very high quality, and the majority of our panels have a natural timber veneer and are produced in Denmark, hence the amazing quality.

Hi Booker, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way about your experience.
As discussed in our email correspondence, the panels sent in the second shipment were unfortunately the incorrect colour due to an error from our 3PL partner. When this was identified, we offered solutions including a discount should the panels still be usable.
At the time, we received confirmation that the order would proceed under the standard terms and invoicing was requested accordingly. We were therefore surprised by the later misunderstanding regarding payment. We always aim to resolve issues in a fair and transparent way and would have been happy to discuss this further to find a solution.

The product thickness didn’t work for me.
The product appears to be well made and finished to a high standard.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work for my intended application. The reason being the overall thickness being 20mm did not blend in with my skirting boards and ceiling cornice.

This product is quite amazing!
The product is quite amazing and although we had to wait 2 months to install because of other construction it was worth the wait. The quality is second to none and the ease of installation made the experience great. I recommend the lighting which was both easy to install and operates well with the remote control. I highly recommend WoodUpp to anyone who needs to lift their space.

I took a lot of time choosing the products, and the team assisted me. The delivery caused damage to two panels, and the support team could not have been more helpful in replacing those panels. Looks great but end pieces not available to buy.
Overall very happy with the product, love the accessories too. But if I had known the end pieces weren't available to buy I would have ordered from a different supplier, it made it difficult to get the right finish on 2 of the walls I installed as they were walls that jutted out so definitely needed end pieces, luckily I got away with the Bunnings end pieces but they're a slightly different colour and have black edges rather than timber colour like the Coastal Oak panels I ordered. I might have even gone with these ones in a different colour but the fact the website says out of stock is not right, they actually aren't even available.

Had we known the lamellas were essential for you we would have gladly provided advice on the best install methods, as in our experience the vast majority of clients choose not to use them, but we fully understand it is a personal preference, and what you would have preferred.
Missing panel, slow delivery and comms
I ordered their Classic Oak beige felt during their Black Friday sale at the end of November. I was later told they ran out of the beige felt, and I agreed to swap to black felt. Almost 3 weeks, my order finally arrived, and it was missing one panel! I followed up and their comms have been very slow. It's now the new year, and my project that I was hoping to do over the Christmas break is now blocked. Very disappointment.

The beige felt was extremely popular and unfortunately had sold out, and then we experienced difficulties with the shipping carrier, including the missing panel, which please understand is well beyond out control. Ben's replies to your emails were very prompt, so I am sorry to hear you were not happy with this, as we genuinely do our best to respond to all communications as quickly as possible.
