We went with WoodUpp late last year for 5 projects throughout our home!! Delivery from East coast we’re in Perth.

Absolutely beautiful product and customer service is way above and beyond!! Even hearing from the owner and delivery logistics to make sure we were happy! We would highly recommend them and their products. 5Star!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took a lot of time choosing the products, and the team assisted me. The delivery caused damage to two panels, and the support team could not have been more helpful in replacing those panels. Overall very happy with the product, love the accessories too. But if I had known the end pieces weren't available to buy I would have ordered from a different supplier, it made it difficult to get the right finish on 2 of the walls I installed as they were walls that jutted out so definitely needed end pieces, luckily I got away with the Bunnings end pieces but they're a slightly different colour and have black edges rather than timber colour like the Coastal Oak panels I ordered. I might have even gone with these ones in a different colour but the fact the website says out of stock is not right, they actually aren't even available.

I ordered their Classic Oak beige felt during their Black Friday sale at the end of November. I was later told they ran out of the beige felt, and I agreed to swap to black felt. Almost 3 weeks, my order finally arrived, and it was missing one panel! I followed up and their comms have been very slow. It's now the new year, and my project that I was hoping to do over the Christmas break is now blocked. Very disappointment.

Really easy to use. Shame the delivery took such a long time, I know it was stuck with the courier but there was no tracking until I followed up.

The CREATE & LED sets I purchased are perfect! Beautifully packaged and presented and delivery was quick. The products are really good quality and setup was super easy.
