Product is good, Had problems with supply,

The wood panels look amazing and once we found a method that worked for us, they were easy to install. The biggest challenge we have had is installing the LEDs. Initially they kept unsticking and we kept finding them on the floor. We asked Customer Services for advice and they responded quickly and gave advice that the sticky pads go either side of the LED and not on the back of it. We have managed to get them to stay in place but sticking them in was fiddly and I'm still not 100% happy, as they stick out at the top, although probably no one other than us particularly notice this.

I usually never post any reviews but WoodUpp took 50% of my returned unused items. Absolute disgrace. Would nether buy again from this company.

Fabulous product, excellent customer service, easy to put up (albeit I needed to buy a circular saw to make them fit a wonky room), and great accessories: the shelf, picture holders and magnetic boats all look great!

I spent a long time looking at different panels, so much so that my FB feed was full of the blooming adverts for them! While they are certainly not the cheapest, they did come across as professional, in product, design and customer service. While still deciding I emailed and spoke with them and on both occasions I got honest I was pleased how they responded.
Order in and the parts arrived 3 working days later, well wrapped.
Fitted everything the following weekend and I am impressed with the quality of the products and the accessories I ordered.
The panels were easy to cut. I used both a circular saw (40T as I was concerned about damage to the panels) and a jigsaw ( down cutter blade)
All in all, a really good experience and would certainly recommend them.

The Woodupp product is of excellent quality, and was considerably easier to install than I anticipated. I had to lop off about 11cm from each panel which filled me with dread (measure twice cut once!), but the end result is amazing. Delivery was fast and reliable too, thanks to Greg and his team.

In UK the company is represented by Gregg - the company owner - who is absolutely unhelpful. We received 1 defect panel out of our order of 6 panels. The panel had 1 short wood slat and wasn't aligned with remaining ones. I send them pictures and explained the situation, however, it seems that the company owner does not know his own products he sells. He kept saying I should tap the slat up to align with remaining ones. The slats are stapled several times and it is impossible to move the slat. After I highlighted this to the company OWNER - then he suggested that I should unstaple the short slat and he would send me a new slat which he then expected from me to staple again all the 240cm of length. I explained that I don't have the skills neither the tools to do so and I also questioned why I should deal with a defect panel. Unfortunately, he did not take any responsibility for the defect panel and refused to offer a replacement for a defect panel. Absolutely shocking and poor customer service!! I regret ever buying these and would definitely not recommend to anyone - at least not in the UK!

The quality of the samples and the customer service was leagues above their competitors. The order arrived extremely fast without any issues. I would highly recommend using WoodUpp if your considering buying wood panels.

From when I was ordering samples to buying the panels everyone I spoke to or emailed were both knowledgeable and happy to give advise.
I bought Akupanels 240/60, they're great quality and easy to fix.
Can't recommend these guys enough and a special thanks to Carmela for her great customer service.

If UK customer, be aware they are using DX express to deliver, very difficult company to deal with. Ended up cancelling my order, and I’m refusing to buy from them as long as they use DX Express.
WoodUpp it self was really quick to ship my order, but as I had to cancel my order I don’t know anything about the quality of this product.

Great quality product, after ordering samples from a number of companies, WoodUpp stood out by a mile. Superb customer service, really quick and efficient correspondence from the moment I reached out. Would highly recommend!!
