Bought a mini 2 back in Feb 2022. For the first 2 weeks the board worked fine. Then the battery started to fail and the board just died. It took me about 2 months for the replacement battery to arrive in Australia. However the replacement battery died again within 1 week. So they sent me another battery which had been working fine. The communication with customer service was intermittent, seems like the staff is either not well-trained or they change staff frequently. They will ask you to send them a video EVERY SINGLE TIME when you have a problem, even though the problem seems pretty straight forward. I did ask them to send me a few spare screws for the motor and they did without charging me anything, that was a big plus. They also extend the warranty for faulty part even though the shipping takes forever...So I would rate them about 8/10. They do try to make a good customer service, but the QC was still a bit unstable. It's a budget board after all, you get what you paid for.

WowGo has had tremendous, personalized service!

I had a nightmare because my skateboard (The mini 2) had a design flaw that destroyed my battery .wowgo did send me a new battery and that one again died because of how the battery compartment was designed. After many emails I got the new inclosure for the board and another new battery. With shipping time and emails and me being in the states shipping took 30 days or more for each part . You need to understand this took (forever) all together. Why 4 stars? .. they did not ignore me. After each question and answers from emails they moved to the next solution. I am mad i got the version of a board that was a design flaw and when they changed it didn't tell me I only figured it out cause the pictures changed on website (board does not show power level now next to power button). However with much time and effort on my part, they did replace it. At one point of time I was hoping they would just send me a whole new board.. this didn't happen. But they did peace mill fix my problem and truth is ...it's china and I have gotten goods across sea's from other companies and can't even get them to respond to resolve issues. So I am happy with wowgo for helping me and I really do like the skate board a lot. It's a really nice board now and I am having to much fun on it.

Bored have a little bit of trouble but it’s OK. it drives so smoothly but would recommend getting more grip wheels. My controller broke and they are sending me a new one right away. amazing company

I purchase the Wowgo AT 2 a month ago and wanted to say this is an awesome board. Took out on some fields and had no problem maneuvering about the grassy area. So much fun! Had many people who were watching me ride ask about what and where this board can be purchased. Wish I was a salesperson on commission because I would of sold quite a few. Speaking of sales people, mine was Ron and he not only was helpful to my questions but also answered me in a very timely fashion which I liked a lot. All in all this skateboard is really nice and worth the money. Make sure Ron gets credit for being so helpful. Spencer Weston

Appears to be a decent board once we finally got it. Credit card processor screwed up and triple charged. Customer service horrible. No Phone number or way to reach someone aside from Chinese email. Finally received the board and payment issued straightened out weeks after my sons birthday.
No apologies for all the trouble.
I sure hope the board keeps working because obviously nobody at this company cares.

The customer service has been great and very friendly! However I have been having a few small issues with the board.. but customer service has been great with helping me through it!

My experiance with wowgo has been good and on par with other electric skateboard brands I have had contact with. The support service is ok and normaly replyes in the same day or the next one. But sometimes they don’t answer you’re hole question and you need to ask again. So that’s something they can get better at. The quality of the wowgo board looks to be avrage and around the same as other e skateboard brands I have tryed. And when my hubs started to become very used after some time, I got a discount from them for new ones. I wont say wowgo is better than other budget e skateboard brands, but on the same level meepo in terms of board quality and support (my experiance)

I’ve only been riding it for a hundred kilometers, but i enjoy every ride .
Dustproof look good as i live near the sea , i have much sand on roads.

The board manual is well writen.

I drain the battery sometimes twice a day which is a little bit annoying but it recharge in less than 3 hours so it’s ok+

Maybe i will upgrade the battery if we can .

I want to test the other set of tyres too .

I received the wowgo 2s max about 2 weeks ago and have enjoyed every minute of riding it. The ride is smooth and the grip tape on the board provides support when carving or making sharp turns. There are four speed modes which can allow newer skaters to practice but also more advanced skaters to let it rip. The range is good as well on the board and I haven’t had any problems commuting to and from.

My only gripes and these are very small. When riding over rough road there can be a lot of feedback in your feet because of the 90mm wheels. You have the option to buy 105’s but there an extra 100 dollars so you can make that choice. Also the range on the board is accurate to the product description at speed mode 2. And well, I like going fast, I just wish it had some extra range.

All in all great board to buy for first time user. Very pleasant to use.

I bought a WowGo AT2 about a year ago as a replacement for my cheaper AT board and the difference in quality was night and day; the WowGo AT2 is an awesome unit that is well designed and built to last. I recently replaced my remote and I cannot say enough good things about their customer service - buy with confidence; buy WowGo.

Ordered a 2S Pro half a year ago - what an amazing board. Fast shipping, great quality so far. Carried me through lots of travel on campus and no signs of wearing yet even though it's a daily driver. In terms of customer service, the wowgo team is amazing too: they respond very fast, work with you to solve problems/answer questions, and are very accommodating. Definitely recommend for an awesome eskate package and know that you're supporting a great company too

Very disappointed. WOrked for only about 3 -4 months, then battery caught on fire charging. There was no notification or anything I applied for a warranty and customer service asks me to open up battery case. I do. They said the battery is showing red & this means it's wet & not covered under warranty. Am I supposed to guess it's wet open the case every time I charge it? It was always stored inside, I didn't drive through puddles-why did water get into battery chassis if not defective. Why not honour warranty-it's discount pricing relative to specs for a reaason-low quality & do not honour 6 month warranty. If yours breaks under warranty-please respond the same if you are given the same treatment (I think battery sticker always red but I could be mistaken).

Really comfortable ride with plenty of speed, and pretty good battery life with the WowGo 2S Max.

Initially I had an issue changing the wheel sleeve off the hub motor. I have contacted the WowGo support team and they said they will send me a new hub motor due to this, after countless videos of me sending to them and demonstrating that I couldn't pull it off - I am really pleased with this outcome.

Terrible customer service! I like the boards and purchased one for my son. The delivery take forever!! They don't tell you it's sent from China! His remote died after one week and i have been trying to work with them to get it replaced. ZERO response!! You CANNOT talk to them. I've sent nuberous emails with NOTHING back. All I want is to get this replaced and they don't care! I cant believe how they treat customers. NO HELP AT ALL!

Hi, just wanted to tell a little bit about my experience with Wowgo. I have a wowgo 3 board, which I have been happy with until now. My hub motors have had the following problems: rattling bearing on one of the motors, stuck hub motor sleeves that are only some mouths old and rattling hub motor sleeve. I contacted the support via email, regarding my issues. The support didn't be to any help, and wanted me to buy some new motors with just a little discount. (10 bucks of each motor) As the hub sleeves aren't that old, and still has these issues, Im quite disappointed. Would not recommend Wowgo if you need a company that has great customer support. I would rather recommend Roadsurfing after my personal experience, as they have good support.

I am soooo happy about my Wowgo at2! I have the big off terrance weels, and that really helps me in my dayli go-to-work trip. The acceleration is super fast, and the turning is very sharp. I have ridden a small electric streetboard befor, and was scared to ride over small stones, now I ride all terran with no problem :)

Just purchased a Wowgo 2s Max, I would say that the board gives me a lot of fun on the street. Wowgo also provides excellent customer service, they respond to your question quickly and are friendly. If you're looking for a budget board, then Wowgo is a really good choice.

J'ai perdu la roue de mon skate en plein run. C'était déjà très compliqué car j'ai bien failli me faire très mal.
Le skate était sous garantie, je ne reçois pas toutes les pièces nécessaires pour réparer, je les demandes, on me dit non, je n'insiste pas.
Je commande en payant les pièces en novembre dernier, nous sommes fin mars et je n'ai toujorus rien reçu...
Bref, une grosse galère, je déconseille wowgo et son service après-vente ....
