J'utilise WPAMELIA depuis 18 mois.
Une vraie galère à installer malgré les tutos. C'est très mal expliqué car il y a un ordre précis de paramétrage que vous découvrez après de longue heures à chercher. Ce n'est vraiment pas clair .
La satisfaction d'avoir réussis va disparaitre lorsque plusieurs semaine ou mois plus tard vous vous rendez compte que vos clients ne reçoivent plus de notifications alors que cela fonctionnait bien avant et que vous n'avez rien changer. Cela m'est arrivé plusieurs fois, j'ai abandonné l'envoi de notification car ce n'est pas fiable.
Une entreprise à besoin que cela fonctionne.
Dernièrement j'ai voulu changer l'adresse car j'ai déménager: impossible !
Ne gaspiller pas votre argent, je vais passer sur une plateforme payante certes beaucoup plus cher Mais FIABLE.
Conclusion WPAMELIA fonctionne très bien lorsqu'il n'y a pas de bug ( ils sont fréquent).
Installation assez compliquée et désordonnée même pour un webmaster.

We use Amelia booking on multiple sites and we, and our customers, are very happy with the solution. On top of that support is really responsive and helpful.

I had high hopes for Amelia, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. While the booking system itself has potential, the overall experience is completely ruined by their abysmal customer support.

First off, getting a response from their support team is like pulling teeth. If you have an urgent issue, don’t expect a quick resolution—heck, don’t expect a resolution at all! They take days to reply, and when they do, it’s often a generic, copy-paste response that doesn’t even address the problem properly. It’s clear that they either don’t care or don’t have enough staff to support their users.

Even worse, their documentation is vague and incomplete, which means if you run into a technical issue, you’re left scrambling to figure things out on your own. And good luck if something breaks—because support certainly won’t help you in time to save your business from frustrated clients.

I regret choosing Amelia for my booking system, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. There are far better alternatives out there with actual customer support that values your time and business.

The best booking app. I worked with several booking apps. And found this one the best. Because of total self-control.
It takes a bit of time to get it set up. But they have a great customer service, very helpful and think with you.
My clients also love the new system. And pricewise it is very has a good level. So I recommend!

Ho comprato la versione elite illimitata per centinaia di euro ed è impossibile mettersi in contatto con il supporto, non posso accedere alla licenza, non mi è arrivata alcuna email di conferma, l'importo è stato scalato dalla mio conto corrente... è possibile una cosa del genere?!

COMPLETELY USELESS - we have had to ask for our money back as this plugin has not worked properly at any point, it has not synced with Google properly, it has not connected with stripe, and even the updates don't show. It has been over a month that we have tried to get Amelia support to support us, we are not developers and we just get what like like generic AI generated responses.

Regret purchasing this plugin. So many issues and support is very slow to respond, usually 2-3 days and don't fix the issues. I have an urgent issue and gave the agent access to my dashboard 6 days ago and still waiting for a fix! My business relies on this being fixed. No urgency whatsoever and just fob you off with vague and unhelpful responses. Avoid!

Bought the app without even trying it.
It is working smoothly and the customerservice is heplfull ad patient with dinosuares like me (60 years female).
I had every running after one week.
First needed to understand the way if worked. But again, they bend over backwards to understand you and help out.
And I am up and running now.

Works very well on our website.
It wasn't that easy to navigate through all the functions at first, but after receiving help from their support team it got a lot better. We are happy with the results.

I would not recommend Amelia to anyone, especially if you offer services with a lot of packages. The plugin lacks essential options for customization and doesn't allow for necessary adjustments. Unlike other WordPress plugins, which typically provide some degree of flexibility, Amelia falls short in this regard.

My experience with it was nothing but disappointing it was a waste of my money. Even after reaching out to support to inquire about hiding unnecessary elements or making additional custom changes, I was informed that these options are simply not available.

It's frustrating that such a widely-used plugin doesn't prioritize listening to customers' needs or making the tool more adjustable to suit various business requirements. Amelia needs to step up and offer more customization options to meet the expectations of its users. Until then, I cannot recommend it.

They promise the world, but in my extensive usage of the plugin it is beyond buggy.

We would use the service booking part, so we made sure to configure everything correctly. After a little while the first issues started popping up.

Suddenly the admin couldn't make any changes or bookings, so we contacted support. This is probably the worst support I have dealt with. They respond very slowly, so if you got an urgent problem you are out of luck. Once they respond they can seem very on-edge and not willing to help, the awnsers following the initial problem are also really slow.

Since then I've had a lot of other problems; from not being able to book a package to glitched timezones. It was a never ending story, so we switched to an alternative plugin which is working great so far.

My recomendation is to not even bother with this plug-in. Even if you have less problems than me, dealing with the support will still be a nightmare.

It's very well designed (UI) and very user friendly in the backend. If my girlfriend can work with it, anyone can! :D

I am currently launching a new website which required an online booking system. After lots of research I decidede to go with Amelia. Im finding it really good and fairly easy to use. During the configuration stage, I have submitted lots of tickets to which all have been responded to. I have given it 4/5 as I tyhink it has all the functionality i need as well as scope for further if I need it. Its easy to get around but there have been a few niggles but there's generally a workaround.

It would be good to have a live chat feature rather than waiting for a response as it wouold cut out all the toing and froing and save time. Having said that, its great for what I need and I would recommend.
