The design service was very good. Tom was very informative and he made some safe saving ideas. It all went well until the kitchen was delivered. It took 4 attempts to manage to delivery a fridge door... ãã£ãšèŠã
Really bad service from these cowboys,fitted a kitchen at my moms house,5year guarantee and itâs falling apart after 2 years,avoid this company and its crappy cheap products. Disgusting.

I purchased a new kitchen from this company. The kitchen should be fitted in a week. The old kitchen was taken out on the 9/10th of February 2026 until now the final part hasnât completed. I was left without a fridge, cooker and microwave for almost three weeks. Iâm a pensioner and had to buy take away all this time. As for communication itâs non-existent. I was promise some form of compensation from them (Iâve kept the emails regarding this). Only to receive an email from them today stating my case is now closed and they have not even install the filters in my cooker hood as I am writing now. And the irony of it they didnât even do an investigation to ascertain the cause of the delay and the mental anxiety they caused me. And to think I was also going to use them to install a new bedroom. Absolute rubbish - donât waste your money
The showroom great, design fab - ready to go - not on your life - half delivery didnât turn up, (despite having ordered 6 weeks ago) many many phone calls, emails, texts etc with no result - so still without main things ie oven housing and fridge housing! In one 12 hour period I had 3 delivery dates for one delivery and still I havenât got them! Stupid talk about hours of drivers and runs when they could have sent by alternative means - a van even turned up for delivery with no order on it. Whilst the showroom and delivery lads are great the showroom loses its shine when you ring to complain - ânot in our hands now - ring customer serviceâ - obviously once they have your money they do not care about the stress the customer is experiencing. My fitter and electrician have been proper messed about too - so donât waste your money unless you want a great deal of stress!!! They donât listen and donât want to know ð¡
Full WREN kitchen paid. Ovens no longer work......
We went for a WREN Kitchen on the recommendation of a few clients a few years ago, and I wish I didn't agree with the choice of the ovens, we got a double oven and microwave built in.
1st Year all was fine, but then the electrics tripping started happening, so we rang WREN a few times and we didn't get any help, after spending £8K with them and then had to pay the installers another £4K.
Our house was quite old, made in the 1950's and we had to have new electrics fitted in the fuse box for the oven. Now the second oven has stopped, and we have no way to cook anything in the ovens. Our mother in-law had the same cookers and the same issue, and this caused a big problem for her too.
After spending that much money 5 years ago, I expect the ovens to keep working, but it's a joke.
I'm going into their showroom tomorrow to talk to their team, as I'm not impressed at all with any of this.

The tek wall I wish we had not taken their recommendations because after a year we decided we didnât like it. So we decided to remove it and replace with tiles, well what a job that has turned out to be itâs pulled all the plaster off because itâs stuck on with no nails the sides of the units shortened to make it look like a snug fit not good what seemed a little job has turned into a big expensive one
So make sure you really want their tek wall

This is my 3rd review all relating to my small sized kitchen project which started in July. We are now into week 11 of a verbally agreed contract of 1 week. 75% of my kitchen is currently being replaced due to poor fitment. It took 4 weeks for an Installation Area Manager to be appointed to my case. Further delays took place through allocation of new fitters.
Throughout these 11 weeks I have had no running water, no ovens, no worktop, no sink and my family and I have had to live in our bedrooms as our lounge and garage have been full of replacement units. The disruption to our lives has been incalculable. We have lived off microwave food which has been just awful and our health has suffered as a consequence.
I have written to Mark Pullman, their Managing Director, expressing our total disappointment in the company but never received any response!
I would not give any rating to Wren. Please please avoid this company at all costs. They have taken 3 months of my life from me so far; which should have been a 1 week project. I will never get that time back and I have had to rearrange my whole summer. It looks like my whole awful experience will now take a further week or two to complete. I have been very poorly. The frustration levels, especially trying to deal with the customer service team, has been the most dreadful experience I have ever been through within the Retail Industry.
Someone needs to be held accountable within the Peterborough Store where my Dream Kitchen project began as it was through them that I have had to go through such an ordeal. I have written to Paul, the Manager at Peterborough. He initially promised me he would take a keen interest in my kitchen and follow up weekly with me but he failed to do so and simply passed me onto the customer service team. Another promise broken, totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
Avoid Wren if you want to have a smooth kitchen renovation.
