Tracking does'nt work, no response to 3 emails. No updates on delivery. ordered on 12/17 as gift.

I ordered G5 from their website for my astronomy usage and as an year-end gift to myself. However, i ordered a black version and received a green one. Upon inquiring the issue, the customer service wanted to charge me more to send me what i ordered originally or refund $6! The customer service is poor, the inventory management is poor and that tells me the company is run poorly.

I’ve been using WUBEN lights for quite awhile now, and own 9 of their lights. Wubens consistently provide the Brightest, and most dependable light of any flashlight I have ever used. Being an avid Hunter, Fisherman and outdoorsman, I depend on my lights for a variety of reasons, most importantly survival in a bad situation. I put my trust in Wubens because they are tried and true, time after time, they last longer, Charger faster and provide the Bridget’s light in a small, compact, easy to carry light. The X3 provides 700 Lumens in the size of a Zippo lighter. It can be carried comfortably in your pocket for any emergency situation. My X1, is the brightest light I own, putting out an incredible 12000 lumens in a Palm size light.
For the money, I put my trust in WUBEN because they have never let me down.
I stake my life on it.

Shipping time is disappointing, 18 days is too long. Love the flash Lights though, appears to be high quality and so far work great 💯. For the quality the sale price is on parr with other lights of similar design and quality.

So far my Reveiw is all about, NOT RECEIVING MY ORDER!!!
I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE A REAL REVIEW....... BUT WITHOUT AN ITEAM.... IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

I ordered a wuben x4 on the first of Dec and and paid $699 shipping and my light says it is still in China this is crazy if ya want one before Christmas better order it to months ahead because they ship as slow as they can

I have made several purchases from Wuben. Their products are durable and reliable. I now have purchased 10 flashlights and I am satisfied with each one. I am at the point that I cannot wait to see what is next as far as new products.

I loved my Wuben G5 light until it failed just over three months after purchase. All the Wubenlight dot com websites come up in my browser as a fake store that may be a scam, so I'm hesitant to move forward. Seems like they're taking the market by storm, but not following up after the sale, and Quality control may be a serious issue.

I have several Wuben torches and consider them all to be superb. I have had no issues with any and really appreciate the design aspect as well as their sheer capability. At the top of the list the C3 is my EDC plus a G5 for backup. The T1 is a superb multi role torch with an excellent toggle switch.
I wouldn't buy any other make.

This is a must buy to attach it to my key chain. My wife ran it thru the washer and it still works great. buying for the fam.

Wuben save yourself $$ on the usbc cable and make a better way to connect it to my key chain instead of the silly sting.

Ordered 2 lights from Wuben - an L-3 and an LT 35 pro. Took almost a month to finally receive my order. Apparently they literally are shipped on a slow boat from China. While the L-3 works great (so far) the LT 35 appeared to have been opened and had no battery. I emailed customer service and received a reply requesting " a video so that they may help to understand the issue I am having".
I replied there is nothing to understand - that they just sent me a flashlight with no battery so it can not be used. They then requested a photo of the light to verify what I am saying. So I unscrewed the cap and sent them a photo of the empty flashlight. I then received a reply ( I kid you not!) to" please check inside the flashlight to see if the battery was inside". My next reply was to either send me the needed battery or I would dispute the charge on my credit card as I am not going to pay for useless light I can not use. I did receive a reply that in a few days they would be sending me a battery. I don't believe for 1 second that they are sending me anything. I was able to find a suitable battery on my own and spent another $20 just to see if the light was going to work at all and so far it does.
Long story short - If you order direct from company, you may or may not ever receive your order and if there is any sort of issue with the light you are probably SOL. Order thru Amazon so you will at least have some type of recourse.

I’ve seen all the negative reviews and it got me worried after I placed my order.

I live in the UK this item came from abroad. I’m not sure where exactly..

The item showed up two weeks later.

Items well packed well-made, and works fantastic.

And honestly say this is the best light I’ve ever had my hands on.

I could see far on riding around the trails at night. I could actually distinguish the river, the cycle path and the trees for a change.

By this light, if you get the opportunity, forget the negative reviews be confident.

Only one negative, I bought the bracket that holds the light on the mountain bike handle. The bracket is OK. The only thing that’s going to take a bit of getting used to is how the light turns left to right a little bit easy. But this is not a bad thing as you can change the angle of the light depending where you have it mounted and where you need to see.

Maybe I can adjust it and make it tighter. I’ll have a look.

Bought this light for advertised keychain utility. Keychain attachment is made of very thin cheap plastic designed to break at the earliest convenience. Now the light is a pocket weight, it's lost and I haven't seen it in a few weeks.

Da viele den Service schlecht bewerten, muss ich gleich zu anfangs sagen, dass ich mit diesem noch keine Erfahrung gemacht habe und NUR das Produkt bewerte: Ich bin voll zufrieden, habe mir für mein EDC Pack die G5 geholt und muss sagen, wahnsinn was an Power aus dem kleinen Teil kommt. Ich kann die Taschenlampe nur empfehlen. Eine so gute Preis - Leistung habe ich bei Taschenlampen nur sehr selten gesehen.

Oder item and didn't relize it was coming from China. It marked delivered however I never received it and file a case with my local usps however this company would not help resolve the issue and had yet to issue a refund or reship the item.

Buyer Beware

Delivery processs very slow and tracking useless …o have a complaint current going in about not receiving item and that the tracking is useless. Not at all impressed especially as you are not informed that the item is shipped from China and therefore if you were made aware of this and that the delivery time is not guaranteed you would have had the opportunity to not ordered and gone elsewhere..At the time of writing still no idea where the item is for delivery and lodged complaint with PayPal

Der Service ist unterirdisch.
Habe anfangs eine X2 Pro Bestellt und auch erhalten.
Ich habe daraufhin noch 2×X2 Pro in anderer Farbe und Ausführung (RGB/UV) Bestellt.
Ware nie erhalten. Rückzahlung einer Bestellung nach 6Monaten (Nach einigen Emails) 2te.Bestellung konnte aufgrund abgelaufener Bearbeitungszeit nicht gutgeschrieben werden. (Durch den Service nicht Bearbeitet)
Als Ersatz das nachfolge Modell X4 und als Entschädigung eine G5.
Das hat sich jetzt 1.Jahr und 30 Emails hingezogen.

I purchased the Wuben E7, a battery extension and extra battery that all worked great…until the batteries went dead. As with others in the reviews, the flashlight will not charge with or without the extension tube. I also purchased an entirely different battery, but it won’t charge either. Sadly, the 30 day return policy ensured that I can no longer return this item. Beware, if you choose Wuben products! I would recommend other manufacturers.

Ordered an E7. Slight issue with unit when received, but Wuben Customer Services (Allen) were first class and a replacement unit was issued immediately. Excellent flashlight and excellent customer support.
Flashlight itself is robust and extremely bright. Runs on 18650 battery for a decent length of time. Would recomend.
