8 weeks and its still not here. This is the second product I've brought but... bad service. Terrible shipping. Bad attitude, when they finally respond. Average products. Won't buy again.

WUBEN X3 Mini Flashlight with Rechargeable Charging Box 180 Degree EDC Words once and never worked again and Wuben Will not return my emails no response to get the Product fixed repaired or replaced I would not recommend this bike at all and the customer service is terrible. They will never contact you back. Good luck if you need anything taken care of!

I can only compare the X4 to the X3, both of which I pledged on Kickstarter. The pluses over the previous model are: larger size, RGB side light, brighter light, tactical switch, replaceable 18650 battery.

The most blaring feature is the sliding switch. I hate it so much it overshadows the good points. The switch slides, sometimes, but only with a specific amount of pressure, otherwise it doesn't move at all. Having the light on the lowest setting exposes the charging port. Three stars reflects the price I'd want to pay for this light.

I ordered a flashlight from this company and never received it and never received a refund and customer service does not respond to my emails do not do business here it's a Chinese company and they don't care they just want your money

After waiting over a month for my Wuben G5 flashlight to arrive it finally did, yes I thought it feels great looks great and upon switching it on the day it arrived it worked great, very powerful light, after putting it in it's box and safely in the drawer for a couple of weeks I needed it, great I thought, I have the Wuben G5, upon switching it on again no flashlight worked, the colour light does that's really just a gimmick because it doesn't light up a tiny cupboard so the first day it worked and now it doesn't even after no use, do not bother with this G5 flashlight, something from the 99p store would last longer.

Vollen Preis bezahlt, sichtlich gebrauchte Lampe geliefert bekommen. Customer Service bietet keine Rückgabe oder Umtausch an. Stattdessen soll ich nach viel hin und her mit 5 EUR Rückzahlung zufrieden sein.

Angesehen davon: die Lampen sind ok. Mehr aber auch nicht. Dafür jedoch sehr überteuert. Man bekommt gleichwertige Lampen im Internet deutlich günstiger.
Und bei dem Service würde ich sowieso dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Ps kom til at købe en falsk en på en anden side den var noget værre møg der gik ikke 1 minut så faldt lampen af 🤦‍♂️ så hold jer fra de falske.

PPs Bare et godt lille råd hvis jeg ku ha bestilt g5 lampen igen så hade jeg købt to 😅 de er en perfekt lille gave til en ven eller far.. eller mor .. så bar køb to du vil takke mig når du pakker den op 😊

1st one was defective and they responded by delivering a new one with no wquestions, It is a nice light and they were very curtious. Reccomend and excellent value for nice rugged light.

So far i am not impressed and i havent even gotten my flashlight yet.

Turns out this seemingly german product ships from China via ship or sailboat or whatever.

It took the shipper 5 days to get the package going.

I honestly expect this to be another Chinese scam thing and have written it off as lost.

If i do get my flashlight im guessing its going to be as good as any other crappy item from Temu.

Unit took a long time to arrive. Poorly constructed. Looks like it was hand made. Most of the printing was missing amd no user guide.

Bought some products from their webstore 2 and a half week ago. The stil have not shipped it, i have sent two emails about it but still no answer.

Vorsicht, hier werden Versprechungen gemacht und am Ende ist das Geld weg und keine Lampe da. Anzeige läuft.

Scam, you'll never get your purchase. I've been waiting 3 months, don't purchase this product!
Customer support will keep leading you along with fluff until eventually you give up wasting your time.

This is probably the best torch I have even owned. Really bright for the size and easy to carry.

I bought this light on Amazon, thankfully! Here’s my review, but I need to update it since original purchase AND the replacement . It’s straight trash, do NOT buy. Nothing is tactical and I don’t think it will survive any camping trip. The reviews you see that are 5 stars, are reviews that Wuben bought by emailing people and im exchange for a 5 Star review they reimburse those people via PayPal under fake names so it’s not tracked. Here’s my Amazon review:

This is my second L3, I had to replace the first one for several reasons. The first one had several issues that were not acceptable. The first reason was because the emitter produced a donut hole effect that was very noticeable. The other reason was when I removed the pocket clip, it took some of the paint off, and I didn’t even twist or do anything to the clip, I just pulled it straight off. Now I know it’s a tool first and foremost, but for a light that says it’s tough I don’t think the paint should do that right off the bat. As for the function, sometimes it works, sometimes it gets stuck on whatever current mode and the tail cap switch won’t cycle anymore modes so it’s stuck. Power bank is a great function, when it works. The power of the modes is great. I like the tone of the light and throw is amazing. So overall, it’s a great light, 45% of the time. Major bugs need to be worked out.

Ich habe vor einem halben Jahr eine Taschenlampe direkt bei Wuben bestellt, die monatelang nicht geliefert wurde. Auf Anfrage wurde ich beim Customerservice weiter vertröstet. Auf eine Rückzahlung, die nach sieben Tagen erfolgen sollte, warte ich nun seit fast drei Wochen.

This is a piece of garbage no good company they take your money and don't deliver. You complain and they answer you for a while and then eventually ignore you.

If they can't handle the orders they should not be in business I don't think they could be trusted the report to the better business bureau going to i report to federal government to investigate this business

Wuben G5 flashlight, I didn't receive my purchase and they don't reply to messages sent, they take your money then ignore you, steer clear of this company I'm still without my purchase and money.
Update: it's now 10th July and still no flashlight showed up and they saying it's still out for deliver 24 days later.
