Incredible customer experience
Incredible customer experience. Handle was damaged a couple years ago by my partner accidentally. This was not a flaw of the product, any knife wouldâve received similar level of damage. This is my main chef knife and after a couple years of putting up with it, as a good knife is expensive, I asked customer service if a handle could be replaced.
After taking some details from me they sent me a brand new one. Worth currently £139.99. I hadnât even really asked for them to replace, I was just curious if there was anything I could do, as blade was still very good.
Absolutely thrilled with the customer service I received. Will always start there when looking for knives now. Thanks Wusthof!

Heb een paar jaar geleden 2 messen van het merk Wusthof gekregen.
Door onbekende reden raakten de handgrepen van beide messen beschadigd. Na melding bij klantenservice kreeg ik een snelle reactie. Na fotoâs en ingevuld schademeldingsformulier te hebben gemaild wederom een snel antwoord met daarin een fantastische afhandeling.

Bought a boning knife about 25 years ago, it has kept a great edge with minimal sharpening over the years. Favourite knife. Handle broke the other day so I contacted Wusthof about repair options. Their response was to send me a brand new one under warranty free of charge. Excellent service!

I am so upset with WÃSTHOF , 4/2/25 I had approached the company via messenger as I really wanted a good knife to celebrate my birthday tied in with the 25th year of being a chef. WÃSTHOF came back 3 weeks later to say yes they were happy to supply me a gift to celebrate my achievement. I was given an email address to contact which to this day nobody has responded. I did get another message on may 21st after I had contacted them to ask if my mail had been received to say sorry that nobody has been in contact. I have left a few messages since then and they havenât been opened at all. You canât promise someone something and then just turn your back on them. Throughout this time I have had massive mental health problems with suicide. I just wish you would have done what you said you would. ð

Outstanding customer service. I wonât go into the quality of their productsâanyone who knows anything about knives already knows how good they are. I recently had to contact their customer service (both EU and UK, since I bought the knife in Italy but now live in the UK) regarding their lifetime warranty policy, and I couldnât be more satisfied. I was genuinely impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of their service.

The knives are very good, but the customer service is deplorable. They don't reply to emails if there's a problem. Shipping is very, very slow. Following an order, they asked me to post a review of the product on their website. I gave it two stars because the knife was very good but much too short.
