they are like scammer. they sent the engineer a day before the scheduled date. The engineer looked so rush and just spent exact 2 mins to examine my fridge. He just opened the fridge door and told me this gonna cost me £279 gbp. Even he didn’t bother to look at the engine thoroughly. And then straightway asked me to pay £70 gbp for his visiting. Imagine, if they do it 100 addresses per day like, how much money they make per day without doing any work.

The repair was completed within an hour, and the pricing was fair and transparent.

The engineer is incredibly professional and a real expert, wore shoe covers to protect my kitchen floor, and cleaned up completely after finishing the work. My dishwasher now runs smoothly and quietly, just like it did when it was new.

First time using 1 Home Service and I'm impressed. Very easy to book; I booked a next day morning slot the evening before with no issue.

Eduard arrived early within the confirmed time slot (though there was no on-the-day notification of arrival, which could have been helpful, but not a big deal at all.)

He was very professional, friendly, diligent and efficient and made zero mess with a washing machine of trapped water!

I will agree that the required spare part was quoted at double the price of what's on the Zanussi website, but we have been given a 12 month guarantee on the part and the job was completed in less than an hour and I've got my washing machine back. You've got to decide what you want to pay for.

I'm very pleased. Will use 1HomeService again (hopefully not soon) and will definitely recommend to others. Thank you, Eduard!

Eduard was brilliant. Arrived early and saw to my washing machine issue without fuss. He was clean and efficient in his work, leaving the place as he found it. I hope I don't need their service again any time soon, but they'll be the first I call.

Firstly, I want to acknowledge that they responded to my request very promptly and the engineer who came out was polite and accommodating. He replaced the heating element on my washing machine as planned. However, I was disappointed with the excessive markup on the spare part. They charged me £98 + VAT for a part that’s available on the official website for just over £20. While I understood the agreement was part + labour, I didn’t expect such a drastic price difference. I raised the issue but nothing came of it. Overall, while the repair was successful, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding the cost of the part.

Great service, very responsive via WhatsApp, great engineer, showed up on time, did not have the part required, so provided a temporary fix and came back when the part was in stock. I would highly recommend.
