I could arrange a service visit within 24 hours and the engineer was extremely professional and did the necessary repair in less than an hour.

Extremely impressed with this company. They were able to send an engineer on the same day to fix a broken washing machine; he was on time, organised, understood the issue and fixed it promptly using parts that he had with him. Will definitely use them again. Thank you so much :-)

Impeccable speed, courtesy and service. We waited 2 weeks for the insurance company to send out a surly, rude engineer who hadn’t even been told the problem correctly. 1 home service came 2 days later (it would have been less if we hadn’t needed to order the part) and were a complete delight to deal with.

Amazing fast appointment, my dishwasher broke last night, Miele and their service partners offered an appointment next week, I got service scheduled today, Jack was polite, professional, efficient and had a spare part in his car!

They did a great job fixing my freestanding tumble dryer. They came to check out the issue very quickly (same day that I put in the request). The dryer needed a new part, they diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and then contacted me promptly when it came in. Repair has now been made! Punctual and easy to work with. Thank you!

Problem fixed. Had an issue with our fridge freezer, booked for an appointment the following day. Communication was excellent, and the problem (which turned out to be a dead mouse mangled up in the motor, would you believe it) was dealt with with humour and minimal fuss. Highly recommended.

Booked in the morning and had engineer visit in the evening. Very polite and efficient, he had my dishwasher up and running in about 15 mins. I would definitely use this company again.

Phoned Monday at 9am, engineer arrived at 14:40 to fix a door switch on our washer dryer. Very polite and had the part he needed - he wasn’t there long enough for me to arrange parking for him at 3pm!

I’m so grateful to this company for their efficient work and service, that I almost cried when my washing machine was fixed. I was a victim of a terrible company who charged me and did not fix the issue for 1 month! After that I found 1homeservice and I received a quick and professional service for just 3 days my 1 month problem was fixed! I’m so lucky to have found them, just regret I didn’t find them in a first place and save myself this horrible 1 month journey I had with the previous scam company.
