Great customer service!!!!
Walked me through the process and made everything simple.
All of my questions were answered professionally.

Collin was very knowledgeable about the portable oxygen delivery systems that are available on the market. At this moment, my husband does not want to invest the money for a medical grade product. However, Collin was able to explain to me about the differences and I will save his number if and when we decide to purchase a medical grade product. Collin was very personable and professional on the phone. Thank you.

Emily was so very helpful, and so easy to ask and receive answers. Cameron explained options. The whole experience was knowledgeable and informative and professional. A+

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Shady practices at best. My 85 year old mother ordered herself a portable oxygen machine from 1st Class Medical and I use the term loosely. Call for a sale and they pick right up. Call for customer service and you get second rate customer service agents on low quality equipment making it impossible.to hear
What's more, they do.not take or keep notes so you need to start over each time because they don't call you back as promised. This vendor does not stand behind its products. First of all, they tell you you are outside of the 30.day return window from.the date of purchase vs. receipt. I told them nice try (twice). Then I told them.to.try again with the date of delivery. Finally agreed we could return the faulty product, which burned up when plugged into the car charger. I did not feel.safe bringing the device into my mother's home with oxygen tanks for fear it would.causr an explosion. Finally, when I was put through to the return department (what does that tell you?) who would.not.send us a prepaid label + I was told there would be a RESTOCKING fee of 25 % for amunti.that was burned up! AND that I had to pay for the return out of pocket.

It was so easy to apply. My oxygen should be here tomorrow.

Chris was a very kind person . Helped me decide what I need. And got it done today. 1st class medical is the best company I've talked to. Walked me through the process. I will share this with alot of people that need oxgen.

At this time I have not been dealing with first class medical supply for very long. That said, the 45 minutes or so that I spent dealing with Andrew Taylor was refreshing. He listened, answered the questions I asked, and did not insult my intelligence, or lack thereof. Andrew was both informative and fair during our discussion. If the rest of my association with first class medical is anything like my introduction, I believe I'll be a happy customer. Sincerely John Humphries

Corey Stephen’s is what made my experience great. I have been researching portable air concentrators for a while now and I learned more about them in a short conversation with Corey than I ever did in my researching. I was trying not to spend too much money. But after talking with Corey I learned that the saying “ you get what you pay for” it’s true.

When I spoke with Emily she was very pleasant. She helped to pick out a portable concentrator and was quite happy with her knowledge of the product and helped with the Care Credit financing!

I was so worried about purchasing the mobile unit for my Dad because it was such a big purchase. But Chris met our needs with ease. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide us with our machine. I bought a refurbished Arya Q from 1st class medical in April of 2025. I was told it had a 3 year warranty. I didn’t even use it 20 hours total and it quit working properly. It would run but the green indicator light showing oxygen production wouldn’t light up. I contacted the company and was informed I would need to pay to ship it back and be charged $390 to have new sieve beds installed.
That is no warranty in my book! It’s a rip off! I sent an email asking if they would buy it back since they sell refurbished machines and never got a response. Poor business practices in my opinion.
