My Rep Josh provided all the information needed for me to make a decision on my purchase. He followed up with me and the purchase shipping process was seamless.

COLLIN GRIMES ANSWERED MY CALL AND WOW.HE WAS SO EFFICENT, COURTIOUS AND KNOWLEGABLE..EVERYTHING I NEEDED WAS TAKEN IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.

If you're in acute respiratory distress I would strongly suggest you go to the ER and order the portable generator from there instead. I instead tried the overnight for the next day and was repeatedly assured by Maggie W. that it wouldn't be a problem. I followed their normal process and contacted Dr. P., a 3rd part business, who charged me $150 USD via phone but who never faxed the money back to 1stClassMedical and thus no order made it overnight. Then next morning I spoke with a very helpful gentleman names John at 1stClassMedical who was very sympathetic and helpful and he sent a brand new unit (in parallel with the original) for overnight but it too neither arrived (it's arriving Saturday) so now I must hope that UPS will finally deliver one or both Monday morning. Each side blames the other with no resolution and potentially thousands of dollars lost (glad I used a CC)! Overall a very unprofessional process! Always buy it with a CC, and while you're still relatively healthy, or from an ER. You can always cancel a CC charge!

Collin was caring, courteous, and knowledgeable. The business was finished within ten minutes. This is the first time since the covid pandemic that I talked to an experienced representative who knows what he was doing.

Nathaniel, our customer service representative, was accommodating and provided me with options when purchasing the equipment for my Dad. He followed through with what he said he would do and ensured we were informed. THANK YOU!!!

Brent Howell answered my call about a portable oxygen system for myself and answered all of my concerns and questions. He was more help than I expected and my unit shipped out today!!

Great experience I have been looking for a portable Oxygen Concentrator for weeks. But didn’t think I could afford one but Thanks to Hannah Godlove I found mine today. She helped me every step of the way. I would recommend this company.

I recently purchased a portable oxygen conentrater, and Rick Sansovini was my representative. He went above and beyond what I would call top notch customer service assistance. He was patient, educated, and personable. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
I'm still waiting for my concentrator to arrive, but I am certain I will love it.
Update: my concentrator arrived, just as described, and in a timely fashion. There was a hitch at first, in that the battery would not charge or hold a charge, but customer service worked with me to try a hard restart first, and when this did not work, they replaced the battery. Now, everything is working just fine. I would absolutely recommend 1st Class Medical for all your equipment needs.

I am really pleased with my new concentrator. It was was smaller and lighter than I expected and fits perfectly in my walker with enough room for ventilation.
When I set it up,it was making a clicking sound but I called and they were immediately able to identify the problem. Now it's working perfectly and I'm able to get out more. Thanks Scott for all your help.

1st Class Medical and Mr Grimes were exceptionally helpful in helping me find the oxygen concentrators I needed to keep my life and travels as close to normal as possible. Equipment arrived quickly and was easy to set up and use.

Hannah Godlove went above and beyond to make sure I had every one of my many many questions answered. She made sure I understood the product I was purchasing and made sure my purchase went smooth. I got a great price, a great product, and phenomenal customer service which is becoming rare these days. I will definitely call her if/when the need arises.

Will Hamic was very easy to work with. He answered all my questions so I could understand what and how to purchase a portable oxygen concentrator.
