The access to information

I am interested in finding out who I really am.

I trust the data and think the health and research you’re doing is great.

First: I do not recall the last time that I tried to contact you. I do not recall any specifics regarding a conversation on 10/29/2025.
Second: Getting sufficient guidance is more than a challenge whenever I have a need to communicate.

I have learned so much about my family history. Met cousins I did not know I had. And the information continues to improve, more details, and places. I always looks forward to the next report, or update.

Very quick in and out in minutes. Also had all my information so no need to produce insurance or additional paperwork.

I live being able to find out where my family is from and being able to see what I received genetically from my ancestors. My favorite part seeing my historical matches. I actually do come from Vikings and can back back that up with scientific data.

Including Tibet and the inner mongolia into china is disturbingly political.

The DNA health and ancestry information is absolutely fascinating. I'm so glad I chose to join 23andMe because I have learned so much that I never would have gleaned any other way. One of my favorite parts to explore is the list of " Health Predispositions" that my genetics influence and I can see if I have a chance of developing certain health conditions listed by "Likelihood". More fun facts can be found under "Wellness" to see how your DNA might affect your body's response to things such as Caffeine or seasonal allergies. Another favorite is how genetics affect your appearance and senses...some of the categories are fascinating such as: Asparagus odor, cheek dimples, ice cream flavors etc. There are health discoveries that you can share with you physician that they might find helpful such as how your body might process certain medications due to your DNA. 23and Me is a great source of finding out a detailed report of your exact ancestry. It goes into great detail about the many countries your DNA is from and they even have ancient skeletal DNA from archeological gravesites all over the world. I highly recommend this organization to anyone who loves to find out a multitude of interesting facts about themselves.

What made my experience great was I could learn about what I’m more susceptible to getting based on my genetics and information that was provided,I got to learn my ancestry and family I may have not known about.The process is super easy all you have to do is register the kit on the app and follow the instructions that are provided with the kit and spit in the tube and send it off

I am finding distant ancestors who I've never seen before.

Best info on DNA and health, and of course your ancestry. The health info is absolutely the most valuable tool. All doctors should test us as thoroughly as 23 & me does. Valuable information that can change your health outcomes.

Was unable to logon the entire day. Not sure if the issue was on my end or theirs. This is asking about a specific date so my responses are related to that.

I especially like that you include my African ancestry. I wish you could tie it to both my sons (Jon and Joe Smith) membership on 23 and Me which shows I (their mother ) am of Benin-Togo ancestry instead of just showing me the Nigerian connection. Thanks.

I have many relatives in Russia. The previous DNA mapping even showed the regions where they live, but after the latest update, Russia disappeared from the map. I don't need false information.
