Dr Godwin was incredibly professional, calm and efficient removing one of my wisdom teeth. He made me feel safe and reassured. The reception team was also very kind and welcoming.

I came for a check-up and a "scale and polish". It had been far too long since I'd last visited a dentist and the build up of gunk on my teeth was considerable. Rather than chastise me for such inattention, the dentist (Devanshi) simply expressed her hope that I'd enjoy my experience under her care so much that I'd book again for a further check-up in 6 months.

In as far as dental work can be enjoyable to experience, then this was enjoyable. Devanshi and her assistant delivered top quality service, and the improvement to how my teeth look is unbelievable. They were even kind enough to laugh at my bad jokes!

Super overpriced and the pain get worse after the treatment.

Dr. Prebianchi was great! Got all 4 of my wisdom tooth extracted by him. He did my first 2 on one side and since those went well I decided to get the other two out on the other side. Healed well on the one side and I expect the other side to heal well too. I was really sick the day I came in to see him due to the fact that I suffer from dysphagia (trouble swallowing) and the pericoronitis was just making it worse. A really good decision I made getting it extracted and I felt so much better after he removed them. Really skilled too did it quickly and healed nicely. Had no pain during the extraction and the pain after extraction only lasted 2 days and I didn’t have to take ibuprofen or anything with it even.

Dr Juliana Brito was fantastic. She was helpful and took time to explain my procedure to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any other folk that need dental work done.

I couldn't be happier with Baker Street Dental's services. I, unfortunately, broke a veneer in one of my two front teeth 2 days before a very important interview so I needed it sorted ASAP. Booking an emergency appointment was very easy, and I was seen the following day. Dr Juliana Brito did a fantastic job in fixing my broken veneer with a composite bonding, and I looked perfect for my interview.. so much so, that I got the job! I couldn't recommend them enough!

I have used this Emergency Dentists at the Baker Street Branch a number of times and their work, treatments and patient care has always been exceptional. I highly recommend to anyone needing out of hours emergency dental service in London.

The staff at Baker Street Dental seen me for an emergency appointment on very short notice, I got a check up and a wisdom tooth removed the same day. The staff were friendly and professional and I was kept well informed throughout the process. My dental emergency was dealt with promptly. Staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Failure to treat my tooth and then teeth by Baker street Dental and Dr Nikos left me with dying teeth in my mouth though I literally BEGGED for them to be treated. The first dying tooth - the upper left six - was intermittently painful in early December 19, constantly painful by late December 19 and absolute agony by January 20. On every occasion it was not so much the pain but the draining effect I could feel it having beyond the tooth that concerned me. It did not show initially on xray but by the time I had returned three times begging for a root canal or for it to be extracted I should have been heard. I said xray is only ever part of the picture and please please please remove or root canal the tooth. Nobody says this lightly. A good proportion of things do not show on xray. By the time the first dying tooth did appear on a CBCT scan (done by another dentist post the first lockdown) it was too late. The blood supply had drained from my gums entirely. I was clear with Dr Nikos that my gums had drained and changed colour by late December 19. He did nothing but offer me a splint! It was a necrotic tooth which it was URGENT he removed. He then admitted in a phone call to me that had I come to his surgery in Athens he would have treated the tooth. It is beyond appalling that my health was lost because he did not act on a time dependent situation in time. I was a great fan of dentists before this and I am sure he is good when he does act but to leave me untreated has destroyed my health and as a result my life. I have the documentation to prove I now have five necrotic teeth. I had only one when I went to see Dr Nikos. Nobody should have to go through this. He made no note of what I said about blood supply in his record and I said it many times. Not only this but the dentists often don't answer the phone. It will be a further injustice if this review is not published. It is 100 percent true.

Dr Day at the Baker Street clinic saw me the same day for a wisdom tooth abscess which had been overlooked by the oral surgery I was with, and provided amazing service which resolved my problem within two hours of my first call. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Godwin was absolutely fantastic!
5 chipped front teeth after an assault, however within 48 hours my teeth were as good as new. Would recommend to anyone in London.

A wonderful trip to the emergency dentist- Baker Street Dental.

After cracking a tooth whist chomping on a piece of strawberry liquorice, I soon experienced a pain beyond personal belief,... that just became worse over the week-end!

My own dentist could not see me for eight weeks, and suggested using 111 for an alternative. After a four hour delay to ring back after describing my symptoms; 111 suggested contacting my dentist immediately.

Google suggested Baker Street Dental.

From initial 'phone contact to eventual treatment, I was made to feel both human and that my problem was important, and easily solvable, at a time scale that was convenient to me.

Because of tube daily variations, I arrived somewhat early for my initial consultation, was made to feel welcome by the reception staff, and allowed to settle in.

The consultation was warm and very 'Yup, there is a problem, but no big deal.'; so incredibly reassuring.

Just thirty minutes after the consultation started, the treatment was concluded, and I fully briefed on aftercare set free from four days of excruciating pain.

There is a question one is consistently asked when describing symptoms: 'On a scale of one to ten, score your pain?'

Personally, I find this question somewhat of a red herring, more pertinent is how far passed a splinter in the finger, or a stone in one's shoe? When one is beyond caring that the pain will not stop, and it will not lessen enough to allow sleep; for the third night... or eat at all, as using the jaw to swallow just adds to the pain...

The point of that tirade/ mini rant: well, I hope I conveyed how uncomfortable I was prior to my visit.

The service, immediacy of effective treatment and description of aftercare, left me pain free and glad that I was able to take advantage of the human professionalism that is Baker Street Dental.

My abiding memory will not be of the pain, but how wonderfully it was treated; a huge Thank You!

Helpful and polite staff, sorted out the issue quickly with no problems I was attended to by Dr Godwin and I have no complaints very professional service.

Excellent service and facilities. Everyone I spoke to (receptionist on the phone, receptionists in the building, dentist and his assistant) were helpful and reassuring. I rang at 9PM on a Friday evening and by 1PM the next day my wisdom tooth had been removed. The process, once anaesthetic had been given, was remarkably quick (about a minute!). Dr Godwin explained the process beforehand and talked through what a full mouth x-ray showed. He also gave clear instructions on what to do and expect in the days after the extraction. I have never had private dental treatment before and, yes, it obviously costs more than the NHS, but the service and attention to patient care and ongoing treatment were impressive. I even had a phone call the following day to check how I felt and the encouragement to get in contact if any problems arose. Thank you.

What a fantastic dentist!

When I rang them that day, I was in a lot of pain and they were able to book me an appointment within a couple of hours. Dr. Godwin treated me for a tooth abscess and wisdom tooth extraction, and it was FAR easier than I thought it would be. The tooth was out in 3-4 minutes and perfectly intact - despite being in a hard-to-reach spot in my mouth. Dr. Godwin is certainly one of the most competent and efficient dentists I've ever come across! Afterwards, he gave very thorough instructions on after-care. After comparing my experience with him to my partner's wisdom tooth extraction with a different dentist, it was clear I had the superior dentist.

The staff were kind and considerate when I spoke to them on the phone - which was much appreciated in my state at the time. They were patient with me even though I was very much in a daze due to my lack of sleep and the excruciating pain I was in.

I am very grateful to Baker Street Dental for taking care of me so well. In the midst of such awful tooth abscess pain, I couldn't have been in better hands.

I somehow managed to fall flat on my face after England’s victory over Denmark last night, and Dr Godwin managed to very quickly assess and rebuild my missing teeth. The experience was everything I was looking for in an emergency dentist, I’m so glad I went! Ten out of ten.

Dr Godwin was amazing, I was in tremendous pain Sunday morning when I called for an emergency appointment. The practice staff were very polite and the practice itself very clean. Within a few hours I had a root canal addressed and on the mend. I would highly recommend BSDC to family and friends.

Had awful tooth pain and no sleep over bank holiday weekend and needed a tooth extracting. Called NHS emergency direct and they could do nothing to help. Tried painkillers and although they worked in the beginning they had no effect latter and actually the pain got worse and unbearable. One call to Baker Street Dental and I got an appointment that evening. All the staff incredibly kind and reassuring. My lower wisdom tooth was taken out with minimal discomfort and the dentist was great. Had no issues since even though the after care support was clearly explained and could come back if any issues. Would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to make them my regular dentist.
