I called Baker Street Dental Practice at 1 pm with hellish pain and swelling due to an impacted wisdom tooth and by 7 pm THE SAME DAY I had 31 teeth left. Fantastically compassionate, reassuring, polite, and professional from start to finish. Dr. Antoaneta Day explained exactly what she was going to do before the procedure, practically narrated the entire procedure as she was performing it, and gave world class reassurance throughout the whole process. Thank you Dr. Antoaneta and her excellent nurse, Luwam.

I am writing based on my personal experience. I learned about Baker Street Dental because I suffered from toothache for almost a week. I am grateful that the dental practice were able to accommodate me the next day after I called. I normally feel anxious going to the dentist but the environment was calm and clean so it helped me relax before going to the dental chair. Dr Godwin and his team were patient centered and explained the procedure thoroughly - which meant I needed to have a tooth extraction or root canal. From the receptionist, dental nurses and dentists, everyone were professional. Thank you so much! 🙂

I lost half my tooth during breakfast and by 4pm I was in Dr Priya Patel's chair. My usual dentist had no availability for a week. When I arrived , the receptionists, Chandra and Ladpa, made me very welcome with smiles and eye contact. I am amazed at the excellent service I received from Dr Patel and her assistant Susmita. Dr Patel was calm, reassuring and clear about presenting the facts and my options. I had a large filling with absolutely no pain. I didn't feel the needle go in. My own dentist will follow up with a crown and the X Rays will be sent to me by email. The procedure took less than an hour. Dr Patel also gave me excellent brushing advice and applied a mineral gel to the tooth and receding gums.

Brilliant service, prompt and effective treatment from a friendly professional, very knowledgeable staff, a quite serious emergency problem diagnosed and resolved in under an hour. Would definitely recommend!

Very happy with the service and treatment. They gave me an appointment at very short notice. I was seen by Dr. Ana Bosco and I cannot recommend her enough. She was absolutely amazing!

Working in the area I’ve used the Liverpool St branch for some years.
It is a first-class practice with caring professionals who spend time with you, clearly explain the procedures and understand nervous patients like me.

On my most recent visit, an emergency, I needed an extraction. I can’t thank Dr Marcelo Prebianchi enough for his kindness, and patience. The whole procedure was carried out in a calm, unhurried and pain free manner. When the tooth came out I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing.

He and the team took great care to ensure I felt OK to leave and provided me with detailed after care information.
I highly recommend Dr Prebianchi and the team at the Liverpool St branch.

Booked an emergency appointment at the Baker Street branch very quickly, thanks to the reception team, who were super helpful! No issues with the surgery procedure and my wisdom tooth was taken out painless in less than 15 minutes and with no complications whatsoever.

Today was a little bit of discomfort but of course just because after an extraction this is quite common.

Even today I was not left alone and they asked information on my state of health so really appreciated!

They even prescribe antibiotics in emergencies. Generally very efficient service and would highly recommend to anyone needing urgent private dental care. Thank you.

I saw Dr Marcelo for an emergency appointment as I was having some tooth pain. I needed a filling and he did a really great job. All the costs were given prior to treatment.

I went to the dental office near Liverpool St having put off visiting a dentist for over 10 years after a not-very-nice experience with another dentist.

I saw Dr Prebianchi and Maria and they were both great. They took their time and didn’t rush me because they knew I was nervous. Dr Prebianchi asked me regularly if I needed a break and told me what he was going to do before he did it.

I was afraid I was going to get told off for not having visited a dentist for so long but both Dr Prebianchi and Maria were very kind.

I had a few stains on my teeth from drinking tea and Dr Prebianchi got rid of them and my teeth look great.

I’m really pleased with the result and would certainly go back and see him again. He said he works at the Baker St branch as well as the Liverpool St one in case one is more convenient than the other.

My visit was during COVID and they took proper precautions so that everyone was safe, which was reassuring.

Needed emergency work on my crown. I was seen within an hour, by Dr Afeeva. He was courteous and professional.
I was made aware of all cost prior to to my appointment.
All things considered I found charges to be reasonable.

Went there as an emergency appointment, was able to get an appointment straight away, very nice people there. Had a tooth extraction at the back which Dr Godwin done a very good job taking it out and really helped me. Really good place, thank you nicola

Great emergency dentist, Very friendly and welcoming staff. I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Antoaneta Day, a specialist oral surgeon. I could not have felt better looked after. The clinic was meticulously clean, the surgery itself on the day was run like clockwork. My dental pain has been alleviated and I couldn’t recommend Dr Antoaneta and her emergency dental team enough. 5 star service.

Just got back from Baker Street. Sunday night. A few hours ago I cracked my tooth while exercising, the pain developed in about an hour. Luckily, they had one last available appointment at 10pm.
I was seen by Dr. Godwin and I cannot recommend him enough.
He was very polite, professional and told me what my options were straightaway. We decided to go along with the wisdom tooth extraction. Even though it was half an hour before the clinic closes down on Sunday, he said that he will stay there for as long as needed to complete the procedure. Due to his high professionalism, it only took a few moments and the tooth came out as if it was buttered. I never had a tooth removed before but I heard that it is very difficult and can take hours. My case was difficult because of the existing inflammation being very close to the nerve AND a crack. But it went smoothly. I cannot thank Dr. Godwin enough for his professionalism and would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr Patel and her assistant Adine were so patient and professional to me, the extraction took less than one minute!!!!

I had to go for an emergency appointment today as I was in pain and it was Sunday. The receptionists were polite and the service was good. I have been seen by Dr. Godwin.
He noticed the issue which I had immediately after the x-ray which was very surprising as I've been to my dentist three times for this same tooth and they were trying to convince me that everything is fine with it. Obviously Dr. Godwin spotted this very quickly and he thoroughly explained to me the options of treatment, the price and the outcomes. I agreed to move forward with my treatment and I am se pleased with my decision!
He was super fast very professional and he knew how to put me at ease when I was nervous.
I would recommend to everyone to visit Dr. Godwin as he was absolutely amazing! I am looking forward for my next appointment!

My experience with Dr. Godwin was extremely positive. His calm demeanour and excellent communication put me at ease, as I am otherwise a very nervous dental patient. He handled my case with extreme precaution and care. His assistant and the ladies at the reception were also lovely! Overall the service at this dental clinic was great!

My crown broke on a Sunday afternoon and by Sunday evening I was fitted with a professional temporary crown. Couldn't be happier with this service and so pleased to find same-day service on a Sunday. Dr. Godwin was a life-safer.

Had an appointment in regard to pain due to my wisdom tooth. Personally I am very nervous around doctors, especially dentists. Dr Godwin was extremely professional and explained every last detail to me. I did not feel a single thing during the whole procedure. Would recommend 100%!!!

What a service was in lot of pain needed emergency treatment immediately. Had my infected wisdom tooth extracted with no pain. Feel so much better. I am so greatful and really appreciate how quick the treatment was. Highly recommended.
