We have been working with AA warranties for some time now and get such positive feedback from customers - not only does it give them reassurance but so much is covered and they actually pay out! From a dealers perspective it’s fantastic, the portal is user friendly and our account manager Simon is fantastic, nothing is ever too much!

Scam of a warranty.
Got faulty electric mirrors they won't replace.
Won't replace wing mirrors as they haven't "fully broken". As they still work half the time. The garage confirmed they need replacing but because they still move sometimes the warranty won't cover it.
The wing mirrors don't even move all the way which they don't even seem to care about.
Took ages to get into a garage as well.
Avoid this warranty at all costs. Do not buy it or let a salesman sell it to you as a good warranty for a car purchase.

We are very pleased with AA Warranty especially our Rep Gary who has been first class. Our customers also appear pleased with the AA Branded Warranty which is a great confidence and peace of mind going forward. We would recomend AA Waranty for everyone in the Trade.

Took out a 12 month warranty in November from the dealership where I purchased my new car,unfortunately my car was stolen in February. Called AA warranty explaining what had happened,that I no longer owned the car. I asked if I could transfer the warranty over to my new vehicle. Person on the line said it would have to be cancelled, no transfer option, no part refund as it had been over 28 days and I couldn't change my mind. I didn't change my mind, my car was stolen. Feel disappointed and let down by such a large company.

Bought a faulty car

Bought a faulty car from an AA dealership so let me walk you through what happens when a dealer DOESN’T stick to their dealer promise.

I wanted to return a vehicle that was not fit for purpose, dealer refused which was insane. I came from NI to England to buy a car and never again. Can’t take dealer to court because of NI address and different county court system which is an absolute joke by itself however the AA have done very little to help too. God bless the mediators because the AA’s setup is shocking. What happens to a dealer in this instance? I’ve got £5000 worth of repairs on a car I bought for £9000. The AA could only mediate which involved calling everyday and never getting a response from the dealer so they ‘investigate’ only for the dealer to keep selling vehicles under this bullshit AA promise. The whole thing has given me a warped vision of our courts system for a start and the AA. Disaster from start to finish.

As a Car dealer we’ve had lots of positive feedback from our customers as the AA name is well known in the industry. My rep Katrina has been very helpful setting us up and it’s important that the warranty is as good as the car buying experience as it’s the back end of the business and customers need to be looked after. I also like the fact that any warranty purchased comes with a 12 month breakdown cover. 👌
