I ordered this product for daughter in law for Mother’s Day, although I had an email to say it had been dispatched, it never arrived. I contacted the company again who agreed to send another one via recorded delivery (at my request) and the second one hasn’t arrived either. A little disappointed as the address the company had for me was correct. I can’t believe I have lost 2 items from them.

Great service my granddaughter chose not to have a color so was a bit disappointed with MDF but that was a error on our part would advise to ask for a swatch if possible

The Star was very well made and came well packaged. I was kept upto date on when the package had left and how long it would be, which was important as it was a Mother's Day gift for my daughter. She was very happy with it.

I was quite an awkward customer ordering a name sign for my daughter’s room, but they were so patient and helpful throughout. The sign turned out absolutely beautiful, even better than I expected!

Easy and painless when it came to ordering, however im not particularly happy with what I received. Maybe my expectations were to high but when i paid almost £50 for "wooden lettering" i expected it to be wooden and not just a name cut from what id decribe as the material that you pin on to the back of a wardrobe. I also paid the extra to have it coloured in powder blue, again maybe my exptations were to high but I expected the whole lettering to be coloured and not just the face of it, kind of looks silly having the face a nice blue and edges are just the "wood" colour. Unfortunately I wouldn't recomend the product.

Ordered for my baby's nursery and the quality is brilliant. The contact was helpful and swift when asking about delivery. Really happy, would order again and recommend to friends

A beautiful sign communicated with me during the whole process helped me design the right sign for me. Unfortunately due to no fault of theres evri lost my package and a beautiful design gave me another.. im over the moon with it its made my stamp on my little house and made it a home..
