Guys from ACE helped me to set up 2 rotations. Everything was quick and efficient. I have nothing but great experience both with advice I received regarding rotations as well as with rotations themselves. Preceptors were very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to teach and discuss what we saw. I believe I had great time during my rotations and I also got solid US clinical experience. Would definitely recommend and will do more rotations when I am done with my exams

They were very honest and open about the entire process. Accommodating to all my needs. The group personally works with you to ensure you have a great experience.
The best thing was they were always available with no communication gaps.

Jon, Melissa and the rest of ACE team have been really accommodating and very well informed about the rotations they offer. The program helps you throughout the process, from the time you apply for Visa, to get in touch with your preceptor and during the month you are rotating. You have the advantage of choosing which state you want to go and what specialty. You can have your doubts, because I also had them, but all the time you gonna have contact with the coordinators, so you can trust. I am from Panama and I did my rotation in Chicago, Illinois.
El programa te ayuda durante todo el proceso, desde la hora que solicitas Visa, en ponerte en contacto con tu preceptor y durante el mes que estés rotando. Tienes la ventaja de escoger a qué estado quieres ir y a que especialidad. Puedes tener tus dudas, porque yo también las tuve, pero todo el tiempo tienes contacto con los coordinadores, puedes confiar. Soy de Panamá e hice mi rotación en Chicago, Illinois.

Great outpatient experience.
The doctor lets us see patients on our own and also lets us write the patient notes.
Little inpatient experience. 1-2 visits to hospital only.
The doctor provides lunches for most days.

Our clinical rotation with ACE was amazing. It was a very valuable learning experience in a really nice and comfortable environment. Our tutors were always eager to teach us and answer all of our questions.

Too expensive. The main goal to pay for these services is to complete the experience profile in your CV. Nowadays it's extremely difficult for IMGs to match into residency in the US. If you are after the experience go ahead. If you are after the match you will need a crazy high score or a crazy special connection to a hospital

Transparent , honest and genuine organization.

My 1-month rotation in Cardiology was amazing. My attending was very motivating and supportive. I’ve learnt so much in interventional cardiology, heart transplant and also researches about stem cells. I really recommend this program for those who are interested in internal med and especially cardiology.

I did my gastroenterology rotation in Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles. It is one of the best hospitals in the country and top 2 considering gastroenterology. Dr.D was a great specialist and also a great person to meet with. I had an experience that would be impossible ever to forget. Generally, everything was perfect. I' m recommending ACE to everyone.

Excellent clinical rotation with Dr. V. He was really enthusiastic to teach us, easygoing and dedicated. I learned how to use the Electronic medical record system and was exposed with a good variety of patient cases. The relationship Dr. V has with his patients is genuine and exemplary.
You can trust ACE MD, they listen to your needs, answer promptly, the process is really easy. Highly recommended for any IMG looking for hands-on USCE.

This is a real Surgery hands on rotation. The preceptor is an outstanding Surgeon.

ACE.MD is the best agency for getting a USCE for an IMS. I can say this is the only agency which can provide a hands on clinical rotation. I contacted Jon initially, he set me a WhatsApp group for me and some of his associates. I really appreciate Jon, Millie and Mariu for constantly keeping in touch with me, helping me in everything like housing and some transactions. I totally enjoyed working with Dr.A in Chi St.Luke's Baylor Medical Center in Houston. I can say Dr.A is one of the best physicians and a best teacher. I also booked my second rotation in SUNY downstate, Brooklyn. I highly recommend to all my friends and also to all who are looking for a clinical experience in USA.

My experience with ACE was great, unlike their other competitors, they are the only company that actually care about your situation as an individual rather than just provide a service. Like all things in life , inconvenient situations happen. I think they handled my situation well.There was an issue with my second rotation and I had to relocate, they agreed to help me cover travel and half of the housing cost. There were some issues with communication at times and I do think its an area they could work on but still its a lot better than the other companies. They have a moral code , are very honest and seem like nice, pleasant people. I highly recommend them! Even the doctors they partner with are absolutely lovely people and caring. Also, Both of my LORs were uploaded on time and their prices are quite competitive. The rotations themselves were great - hands- on and you get to practice EMR quite a bit. I think if they improve the communication issues , more specifically the time taken to respond, they have potential to become an outstanding company.

What can I say of ACE?
All the team is kind and pleased to help you at any moment. Ace follows you in all the steps of the process.
I almost finish my rotation, and I'm happy with it. I have the opportunity to know about the American System, put into practice what I learn when I was studying for Step 2 CS and CK.
I highly recommend work with ACE, they work close to you and want you to be happy with your decision.

I did 4 weeks of rotation in Chicago downtown hospital full time Hands on experience and able to upload EMR.
Over all fantastic experience working with senior pediatrician.
