staff were all friendly and helpful . the lady on the desk had fab local knowledge, and told me the quickest/easiest route on my bike to get to a friends whilst the service was carried out

New Niro purchase in Macclesfield.
The salesman, David, was very knowledgable about the Kia range and helped us make a decision to go for the Niro 4, as this had the benefits of heated seats. This was important for my wife who suffers from arthritis. He was very helpful in taking us through each stage of the sales process. There was one glitch after delivery of the car, a message on the dashboard that the car was still in shipping mode. However, this was rectified in a few minutes on taking the car back to the Kia dealer in Macclesfield.
