Amazing dealership
Put a reserve on a car i was after, explained as i live 1 hour away would it be possible to keep the reserve on for 2 days until I could travel to have a look and they were more than welcoming for this.
Had the pleasure of having Katie look after me, she was so lovely and brilliant. Took the car out for a drive, and by the end was sold.
Katie has kept me up to date with everything, and it was a pleasure buying my car from here. Staff are lovely, very welcoming space.

Relates to acorn kia Macclesfield I am disgusted this company sold a vehicle to my best friend who is 80+ years old took a deposit and then sold the vehicle to someone else and saying "sorry" how can this happen he has a receipt for the sale showing a deposit yet they sold the vehicle to someone else is this not breach of contract? First year service check on my EV3 at Acorn in Macclesfield. Great presentation of the checks via a video from the technician all completed with a complementary car valet. The company always delivers service satisfaction with regular updating of my service timings and a comfortable environment to wait if required.

Really pleased a battery test was…
Really pleased a battery test was sorted at the same time as 2 new tyres fitted, when I asked on the day.
I was a little disappointed the alloys were left dirty after the tyre change.
When I had a Mini Cooper the BMW garage always valeted my car, so again a little underwhelmed this is not part of the Kia customer profile.
Staff always lovely, friendly and willing to help.
