I'm a first time customer of Airgun Depot. The ordering process was easy, delivery came as promised. There is a good selection of products to choose from. I am a happy customer and will continue to do business with them.

My only complaint is that I can’t seem to be able to sign into my account … it’s a password issue!? Get a lot of mail from u but when I want to go shopping I can never log on .. at this point I figure u have lost about $2300 of my business!

Why in hell would you send me a double order. Two rifles and two compessors? Monday I'll have to send one set back. after I call try to explane to complete orders of the same things.

Theis people are great they answered all questions and if there was a problem I'm sure they would fix it. Great prices and inventory. Can't get a better deal. Thank you AD

reference order # 115005861 it did NOT come with a magazine, talked to Matt or Mark on 6-2 and he said he would send one out on 6-3, waiting for it to try this Gamo Swarm Magnum out. I was surprised at how hard it is to pump. I'm 84 and it's all that I can do to pump it.
I wish I had gotten a lighter pumping one. I was told by a friend to buy a Whisper but I thought bigger was better.

service est décevant pas de nouvelle, j'ai quand même investi plus de 500,00$ pour nu pistolet qui ne fonctionne pas, j'ai envoyer le numéros de commande et depuis plus de nouvelles ou ce sont des incompétents aux services ou il y a tellement de problème qu' ils n'y arrive pas.

Website laid out well. Allowed me to make educated decision on what style. Great descriptions and reviews allowed me to shop and make my own decision. Shipped swiftly. Arrived safe. Great price as well.

Airgun Depot has great descriptions on most of its products on their website. Staff was professional and knowledgeable when inquires were made. My order of an Average X Tactical and about ten tins of pellets were quickly shipped after a long holiday weekend. The air riffle was on sale and prices on the pellets were much better than from Amazon. Love how they packed those tins of pellets, with extra layers of protection for shipping and handling. Definitely will buy from them again.

Site is easy to navigate, prices are very competive. Received after sale messages offering assistance from one of their airgun expert if I had any quesions or problems with my air rifle purchase.

I only have one complaint. I ordered a JTS Airstryke carbine from Pyramid Air. It shipped from Airgun Depot and was here in three days!! A few days later I ordered a Reximex Tormenta Lite from Airgun Depot, and it shipped from Pyramid?? I live in Puyallup WA. I realize the two companies are sisters, but this happens a lot. I was very pleased that the gun I ordered form Pyramid shipped from Utah. Much closer and faster!!

i ordered 25 cal ammo , pellets and slugs. Got em fast ...Thank you. Price was par, ammo was great...

The test-firing data is quite useful. What is INCREDIBLY NOT USEFUL, I.E., ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING, IS THAT THE SCREW HOLDING THE REAR SIGHT IN PLACE WAS PUT ON SO TIGHTLY AT THE FACTORY THAT I COULD NOT LOOSEN IT. THERE IS NO NEED TO HAVE THE WEAPON SHIPPED WITH THE REAR SIGHT SO TIGHTLY PUT INTO PLACE! LET'S GUESS: ~80% OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL NEED TO ADJUST THE REAR SIGHT.

Quick and easy. Lots of details on all products. I like that you post all reviews good and bad on the items which help making decisions.
I ordered some optics and rings last Friday and they are being delivered today.

Airgun arrived on schedule and was in perfect condition. I look forward to shooting it and will follow up.

The airgun itself is great -- well constructed, good firing mechanism. The magazines are horrible, though. Usually, only one of the two CO2 cartridges is pierced for maximum power. And I've had to replace two of them (over $50/pop) that stopped functioning altogether. The mags need some remedial design work.

Mark, at Airgun Depot. I was confused about mounting a scope on a Benjamin Marauder and he was able to help me with what type and height mounts to use. I also forgot to include my $20 discount code when I put in my order and thru a simple email I was able to get the discount. Nothing but good to say about company and employees.

Customer service was great.
Answered all my questions and offered good advice. Greg represented the company very well.
Products and services were delivered as promised and was very quick in fulfilling the order.
