The BBgun is fine but I thought I ordered a pellet gun

I had an issue with a product. I communicated my issue to Airgun Depot. Matthew Z responded to my issue. Researched other products and came up with a suggestion. Replacement alternative product was sent to me free of charge and solved my issue. This type of response is exceptional. I am now a loyal customer and will shop at this company with trust.

Was a lark purchase, 250 year Daisy Red Ryder had to have. Easy as pie and delivered early.

The mag does not fit the gun-very simular but a quarter inch to lon so it has to be for a different gun but there are no numbers on it. Still looking to see if I messed up or you'll messed up!

The ordering and delivery time was reasonable. If you know nothing about this type of air rifle, the instructions for the Hatsan Bullboss shows exactly nothing on how to get air in your cylinder. I have a fitting that came with it in the box that fits nothing. Really need to do a better job on instruction manuals, especially for rifles at this price range. The gun seems well made, crazy heavy, but I read the specs and knew it was, no fault there. I would really like some instructions or a QO code that shows a video on how to get air in this thing.

Ordered over $1400 No word on when it is going to be shipped. No emails of “back order” status. When I made my decision to buy it was not saying back order. No reassurance my order is even being processed.
