When I first got in to air rifles in July 2025 I called and spoke to a rep for a scope recommendation. The rep emailed me all the details ASAP.

Will definitely use Airgun Depot for my next purchase.

Both shipping boxes are compromised
Box with gun,, one of the latches was completely detached from case,(the case has a thin layer of foam, NOT A PADDED CASE as stated in the description.) One of the lens covers for the scope was just laying in the case not on the scope, the pump does not stay in place, just hangs down, put it back and gravity pulls it down. COMPLETLY USELESS. If this kind of damage is done to the gun the scope is useless as well.
Box with ammo has two holes, the impact opened the Seneca pellet tin and pellets everywhere,(there might have been 50 rounds in the box) no spare mag anywhere, and a 2 foot piece of paper was used as packing material.
Between the crappy packing and UPS this order is trashed.

My Hawke Airmax scope was delivered quickly and was packaged, probably, better than any item I have ever received in the mail! The original box was of high quality, not flimsy like some.
