shipping time was great. but when fire the revolver with the trigger all the cartridges come out with zero pellets left in. just fine. when I use the hammer to shoot the revolver there will be 2 two 4 pellets left in the cartridges. the hole on cylinder is not matching up with the hole on the barrel. when it happens there is a loud popping sound when you pull the trigger. so you know you had a miss fire. what can you do for me. thanks Ed

I needed a sub-compact to practice concealed draw, aim and fire. This was the only one close to the size of the Taurus G3C. For a $40 dollar BB gun, it performed fairly well. There were occasional F/F that cleared with mag drop. The pistol hit pretty hard at 20’. Trigger pull was long but not heavy. Grouping wasn’t bad. I was practicing on 6” steel plates. It works for what I needed.

Better impossible

Ordered an Air Arms pro sport walnut 22, on sale. Also 10 shots with tape. Got lucky with the Walnut. Ordered Hawke 4-16x44 SF scope with one-piece medium high mount. Shipping was faster than UPS posted by one day! Rifle looks Outstanding & works great too.

I found your website to be very helpful when I was researching PCP Air Rifles

Out of the box, pellet pistol did not work. Safety would not engage, trigger would not pull, hammer would not work. Not a DIY repair! Contacted Airgun Depot customer service. They promptly sent me UPS return label. However, it would take over two weeks for AD to receive my inoperable pistol, determine it was indeed defective and send me a “new” replacement (that worked). That delay, while understandable, was unacceptable; consequently, I asked for a refund instead of a replacement. I then ordered the same pistol from a different company (for approximately the same sale price, plus a $10.00 charge to make sure it works). I will receive said pistol in less than a week.

Greg in sales made the experience what it was. He was helpful, knowledgeable and worked with me. I ended up purchasing more than I originally wanted and am happy with end results. Still waiting for final shipment.

I neglected to enter my discount code when checking out. I sent an email to support and they credited my purchase. Delivery was prompt and the items were packaged well arriving in good condition.

1. My order was held up because a small tin of pellets were back ordered.
2. I deleted a few items from the order including the back ordered pellets and looked for items to bring the total order back to $150.00.
3 I went back to my cart to add other items to save the shipping cost, and saw that Air Gun Depot shipped the order and charged my credit card $28.98 plus$12.22 for shipping, without my approval or authorization.

I made several inquiries. onve through the Chat, and after waiting for a live rep, the programs advised that no one was available. I tried a phone call. I was put on hold and eventually the Air Gun Depot Voice Mail system advised no one was available to take my call and it hung up the phone. I tried another Message and was told so sorry but nothing can be done about my misfortune because the Items already shipped. I checked with UPS and was advised that no label had yet been created. So where is the integrity? Since December I had placesd 7 orders to include 3 nice rifles, pellets and accesories. This is my last mention of this issue as I am now clear, no one at Airgun Depot is concerned about me as a customer.
