Very knowledgeable on air rifles great to work with!!

Ordered an air rifle on Tuesday, went Wednesday to a ffl dealer to fill out my paperwork. Had the ffl dealer contact your company. This is Saturday, no response from your company.

Very fast shipping! I haven’t received the package yet, and I hate leaving a review that isn’t honest, so all I can say is that it was shipped quickly.

Asking questions, gave me the right answers.
The right choice resulted in the staff knowledge of their products, and for me, it ended up being the Gamo Magnum GR.
Right out of the box, using open sights, I nailed a thumb size branch across the canal, about 45 yards out, pretty impressive!

Very caring people. I call in and got 3 reply’s to see how I was doing. New pcp gun. I did not know you had to it and dry fire while filling first time. That would be nice to include that in the manual.

The gun seemed excellent, but trying to return it as could not pass customised hold in Donington depot. As did not have access to a printer, im having to return the item, but having major issues with not being able to return it. Kimd regards Tim

My order still is on backorder.

I had an issue with a clip for my Diana Stormrider and after a few troubleshooting Q's they determined that the clip was faulty and sent me a replacement in 3 days. Will order from them again.

I used two accounts to buy four air guns. One is broken and hasn't been replaced for half a month. The other is short of magazines and has not received any messages for a month.

I ordered a PCP air rifle and unfortunately it arrived with a cracked stock. I contacted Airgun Depot and sent them pictures at their request of the cracked stock. They sent me a prepaid shipping label to return it. The same day they received the air rifle they sent a new one out. Unfortunate things happen. It's how they are handled that matters.
