The magazine’s with the Tanfoglio don’t last very long. I only use the two magazines I bought one CO2 cartridge each. They both leaked when I tried to reload each with a new CO2 cartridge. Very poor quality! No replacement parts and no warranty help.

This Glock gen 3 is amazing, looks realistic nd its heavy, exactly what I was looking for, shipping took 4 days to Maryland so fast, I would def cop again

"Ordered a PCP air rifle. Got conformation email of order. Then got a conformation email that a USPS shipping label was created. It's been 3 days since the label was created, but item is still not in transit. Wondering if I will ever get my order."

Emailed Airgun Depot about, my issue. Got a Reply from Eric within 24 hrs with update on shipping. Received my order on 17 Oct. Great customer service. Thank you

everything worked out just fine

Found something online, then called with questions. Salesman answered everything then sent us an email with different items we may want to consider to go with our purchase. We received the product today. Hubby said it's lighter than his previous air rifle. The scope doesn't mount right up, he will have to get other scope rings. So far going on looks, he likes it but hasn't shot it yet.

I didn’t make an order. Folks I talked to were helpful though. There were just too many rifles to choose from. It just turned out confusing. Biggest complaint I heard though were. Too hard to break, too hard to load, scope is junk.

This rifle was a good buy for me. But the instructions are very hard to understand. I’m just now trying to understand this operation of this rifle. Your site never explained that I had to purchase an air pump device to put air gas back into the rifle. I thought that it was a CO2 rifle. Never the less I’ll keep the rifle.

Fast shipping, great company to do business with.

The order was shipped in 2 parts.
The second shipment tracking said lable created waiting on items.
Airgun depot website instructs you to wait, assuring your shipment should arrive in a few days. I never recieved the shipment. Tracking still said waiting on items 5 weeks later. Finally had contact with customer service they blamed the shipping company. No product, no refund. Airgun Depot said I could take it up with the shipper. There is a time limit on claims. Out of luck, Thank you for playing, go kick rocks. Tracking still says label created waiting on items.

Unfortunately 2 items were missing from my order, that being said, your customer service were on it quickly and shipped the missing items!!

Excelent very good

I have order a few times from AGD. Every time I have received exactly what I ordered exactly as described. I have yet to have an issue to try out their customer service but their shipping is fast.

I some rewards points to cash in which helped with the cost of the JSB pellets. Airgun Depot always does an excellent job of packaging the pellets so that none are deformed. I've tried other sources but they didn't know how package the pellets and many were deformed and I sent them back. The tins were even dented in shipping.
