We replaced or Jaccuzi Spa over ten years ago using All Weather Leisure.
It was a very smooth and efficient change over. AWL have been supporting us with guidance, replacement parts and water care products ever since. When we come to replace again we will be using AWL.

I bought my jacuzzi hot tub from All weather Lesure a i use it loads i have had amazing service from this company nothing seem to be to much trouble and they seem to have all the answers to you questions i would highly recommend them as a company to buy a hot tub from also they do great deals on there chemicals to.

We had a jacuzzi for 2 years now installed and had no problems.Had our yearly service with the o care package and found all the guys very polite and efficient would highly recommend all weather at Cannock as they are a great team

O-care it should be called wow care. Following the expert advice we opted for the o-care chemical solution simply add in a measure of the 2 chemicals each week and the water is lovely it doesn’t smell and when you get out your skin feels soft. Great product great service.

Been a customer of AWL from 2016 had various hot tubs delivered and installed by this company all using crane lift, during all installs we have never experienced any problems and all hot tubs have been left installed in a professional and courteous manner, these guys go the extra mile to achieve great customer service, highly recommend keep up the good work guys.

All weather leisure supplied us with a beautiful jacuzzi and we are very pleased with it. Their yearly deep cleaning service is brilliant and we are grateful to them for any help we needed

Excellent service for the whole journey. Had our first hot tub nine years ago, excellent hot tub and always had good service. When we came to replace it there was only one place to come to, replaced it with a new slightly smaller hot tub. Always helpful, never rushed, always there to talk you through any concerns. During the purchase of the new hot tub, got recommended to the o care system - wow what a difference it makes - its so much softer on your skin. Thanks to Luke, Liam and the whole team.

All weather leisure are very friendly, helpful and polite. They walk the nubies yhrough the process of buying and maintaining your new Hot tub. They are always willing to give advice.

From the initial visit and beyond has been fantastic. Installation developed a problem, but this was soon sorted without any problems. Yearly service we always get treated first class. After purchasing when visiting store for chemicals we always get a fantastic service.

We have been very happy with customer service by All Weather Leisure for some years now. Our hot tub was purchased in 2009 - we are grateful to ALW for being responsive to any problems we have had with the mechanics of it. We were able to buy a new cover for it and that was quicker than expected. We had a problem with the touch sensitive control panel - that too was sorted out promptly. Thank you to all.

We bought our jaquzzi 4 years ago and purchase all our chemicals and products from them. Great service great prices superb support. This is a company who is family run so supportive and helpful. I recently purchased our filters and chemicals for the coming year in bulk the next day they arrived what else can you ask for

Exceptional customer service combined with a first class installation team that keeps us coming back to All Weather Leisure, year after year. We invested in the Jacuzzi brand and bought a great product backed up by an extremely knowledgeable family run business who keep in regular contact to ensure we get the best enjoyment from our hot tub. Annual events at the showroom allow you to make significant savings on your chemicals and filters as well as book in servicing for those who don't want the hassle of maintenance tasks themselves. I have made recommendations to friends and family who have also purchased via AWL - they too share similar positive experiences. When the time eventually comes - I know whom I will turn to first for my next hot tub.

From start to finish the service was and still is great.
We met with Luke at the showroom and had a look at the various spas and the prices and were invited back to try out the one we had decided to buy.
Liam came out for the initial survey and confirmed all was ok and a few weeks later(Dec 2019) it was installed and commisioned. Liam and his team went through everything and left with a parting shot of "any questions you have, give us a ring anytime", and there have been a few and they have always been answered promptly. The sales and service teams are a very friendly bunch, we could have gone elsewhere but wanted a local firm and could not have done better than All Weather Leisure !
