Very impressed and happy with my boiler replacement that Nick and colleague carried out this week. From my initial contact through survey and quote to installation has been performed in a professional, cooperative and efficient manner. Replacing an old style boiler required new piping for the condensing water outlet. Given the position of my boiler this wasn’t straight forward, however Nick was brilliant at seeing a way of doing this such there was no adverse impact on any aspect of my house.
In summary a friendly, trustworthy and competent person who I highly recommend.

Nick came to our rescue after our gas supply was turned off due to a leak under the floor somewhere in the house. He has rerouted the gas supply and fitted a new boiler for us. Both Nick and Adam worked tidily and didn’t leave any mess. I would certainly recommend them to any of my friends.

More than happy with the price, which was competitive, the work which was professional and the final receipt and guarantee/warranty received.

Too good to be true? Not in this case. A gem of a heating engineer. A rarity and I should know!

This is the first time that I have used Nick's company and have been thoroughly impressed. I had a combi boiler fitted, gas hob, replacement radiator and valve. All work was professionally undertaken and a pleasure to have in the house to do the work. Everything was left clean and tidy and will be booking the annual service with Nick next year.

Nick did a a great job of changing our home heating system and moving of a radiator to another wall. A lot of heavy work was done just in a few days! The young man working alongside Nick was very talented too and polite. Very refreshing to have tradesmen in that respect your homes and do not use inappropriate language, Nick seems a very nice man and is very good at what he does!
The only negative would be for the amount paid I haven’t found a too great response in the after issues (very normal problems with leaks or radiators after such a change in system due to a change in pressure). Maybe that is down to communication but I have since found a different plumber to bleed a radiator as I wasn’t able to sort this in the way described on a voicemail.

Our Worcester combi boiler was 19 years old and despite lots of servicing and tlc, it was beginning to get a little tired so we decided to replace. I was steered to NJP Heating services, a local installer by the main Worcester Bosch office and a survey and quote followed. We were pleased with this and contracted NJP to begin. Nick and Adam arrived on time and covered all carpets thoroughly with protectors and commenced work. The replacement boiler was fitted in approximately 6 hours, as well as the heating system drained, an inhibitor introduced and the whole system re-primed and tested. Nick explained the remote infra-red thermostat controller to us and that was it. The old boiler and flue was collected the following day and we are very pleased by the efficiency, look and quietness of our new Worcester combi. Would strongly recommend both the boiler type and NJP to anyone considering an installation, especially as we have a long warranty and local service contract in place too.

NJP installed a brand new Worcester Bosch boiler and Nest in our property this week. Nick and Adam are very personable and knowledgeable and provided excellent service. They carried out the work quickly and diligently and went out of their way to be super helpful, and they made sure they left everything clean and tidy after they had finished. We certainly recommend NJP to others and will definitely be using their services again in future.

Great service by Nick in quoting for a new boiler and installing. Completed quickly, just a week after initial quote. Work carried out to a high quality and Nick tidied up after himself, so no mess left.

Boiler installation was carried out very efficiently by 2 engineers in one day.The area was left clean and tidy and all old parts were taken away.

Nick was professional and helpful in sorting out a new hot water tank for me. From measuring up and sending quote through. He sent msg to say when he was coming and turned promptly at 9am. He put down protection on flooring and after all the fitting was done he vacuumed up everything. The airing cupboard clean and tidy . He explained how to heat small amount of water . I was very impressed with the service and highly recommend the services of NJP Heating.
