Warm welcome on arrival mid Sunday afternoon - and the ease of getting into the car, and directions out of complex were very clear and helpful. Clean car - and easy to connect phone to screen for directions to northern beaches. (make sure you take a cord!)
Could have done with a note regarding toll charges (they happen on return) but otherwise all was great.

Alpha car hire was great value for money, super efficient, no delays in getting us from the airport into our vehicle or the same in return when dropping off and getting us back to the airport.

I cancelled my booking within the company’s own cancellation policy, yet they still refused to issue a refund. Instead, they offered a $440.27 “credit” toward a future rental, which is completely unacceptable.

What makes this even worse is how long it took them to communicate this. It took six weeks for the company to finally tell me my refund was denied — after I repeatedly tried to contact them and had multiple phone calls go unanswered or rejected. This is not just poor service; it shows a complete disregard for customers.

A company should honor its own policies. I did everything by the book, and instead of being treated fairly, I was given the runaround for weeks and then offered a credit I never asked for.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has shown me that this company cannot be trusted to handle customers honestly or professionally. I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

Have used Alpha Brisbane airport several times now and they are always best price, and staff interactions always pleasant.
Will definitely continue using them when I need a car in Brisbane.

Customer service was great with friendly & very helpful staff. Getting to & from the airport was easy with their shuttle transfer service at no extra cost. At the time when I wrote this review (the day after drop off) I hadn't received my bond back & don't expect it for a few days yet, but I don't expect there to be any problems.
I would use Alpha car rental again.
