We were involved in an accident that was not our fault. Communication from Alpha was poor and unresponsive. They have held $5000 of ours since the accident over 16 weeks ago. The responsible party was insured by GIO who were very helpful and have now advised me they have paid out Alpha for the claim 15 days ago, the car has been repaired and we still have not been refunded. Alpha did not communicate this to us and after I contacted them to request our refund they are still talking delays for processing our refund, even though they took our money immediately, accepted payment and cleared it within 24 hours from GIO - yet can’t give a clear timeline of when we will be refunded.

Renting a car with Alpha is seamless and straight forward. The pick up and return of the car was easy and the process was simple. Email notifications were on the dot, with complete information and instructions. The customer service hotlines were responsive too when we requested to be picked up from the airport. The people at the counter were attentive, honest and helpful! The car we used had no problems and everything went well during our visit to Australia, all thanks to the convenience given to us by Alpha!
