Extremely unprofessional service
Extremely unprofessional service. Scammers. They took a deposit and then never returned it. They did not explain the terms and conditions properly at all. They also charged very high insurance fees separately from the reservation made through another company. Do not use them. This is a company that will take your money. There are many other car rental agencies — use them instead
I wrote you an email, can you answer me. I still do not have any answer how this case will be resolved and when the deposit will be returned

Funciones del vehículo en excelente condiciones
El auto era automático, las funciones del vehículo estaban en excelente condiciones, el coche lo entregan limpio. Cumplió mis expectativas. El trato del personal fué amable, me explicaron todo a detalle. Aclararon mis dudas. Lo recomiendo.

Experience
One of the front tires was bald and the cigarrete conector didnt work so we couldnt charge the phone. Besides that everything else was great. Good customer service from the office staff

The service was amazing
The service was amazing, Victor, the guy that go for us to the airport, was very kind and explain us everything about the service, the contract, the benefits and the options that we have with car. The insurance was good and it's included in the payment.
