This is the third time I've gone to Amerimerc and again they had what I needed at a lower price than my local pool supply, they shipped it quickly and my pool is fully restored to service. I recommend Amerimerc to others and I will shop there again when I need supplies.

We ordered a new diving board for our inground pool and found exactly what we needed at AmeriMerc.com. They had a better price than our local pool store and free shipping - couldn't beat it! I am a comparison shopper, so I definitely check around.

I bought the motor for a spa on July 02 2013, today is July 17 and we have not received nothing. Customer service said that the part (A recirculation pump motor) has been shipped from factory and nothing else, no date, no tracking numbers and the spa water now is green

Recently remodeled our lakeside dock. Have a 10 foot diving board and needed special interfab base. Only needed the base ! Had some issues locally - found on-line at AmeriMerc. All needed measurements about the base were easily availble, check out a breeze, arrived in 5 days in perfect shape. Will use them again if needed - bookmarked their site !!

This was the first time using, but not the last, very good service and came right away.

The only thing I wished was that there was a tracking number. Everything else was great!

Delivery took a week, however, one of the chems was very hard to find locally and the prices were worth the wait. I definitely will deal with them again.

The products are very good, are a good price, and customer service reps are generally very knowledgeable. One of the best things is that I receive shipments very quickly, so often I don't need to buy pool supplies at the store while I wait for my shipment to arrive.

Bought a "5 year" pool cover that lasted two years under normal use.

They had no interest whatsoever in responding and customer care is sevearly lacking.

Could use a better updated tracking but besides that all went well and came in a reasonable time. Thank you

You place a order and with in that night it's basically ready for shipping. I recommend this company to anyone. My customers were impressed also when I referred them to Amerimerc and was able to install the liner with in a few days of order. Keep up the amazing service !

Just placed my first order about two weeks ago. Customer service is fantastic. Item shipped quickly, will definately order from them again!

We ordered 2 cans of paint because it takes 2 cans of paint to paint the pool. It took 13 days for the paint to get here, both are unacceptable.The shipping slip says we ordered on the 26 of June but in fact it was ordered of the 22 of June.
