Bad Quality Robot
We purchased a robot vacuum (E25) from Eufy Nordic, but after only four months, it completely broke down and stopped working. It is advertised as a smart device capable of avoiding obstacles; however, in reality, it collided with nearly everything in its path. It repeatedly got stuck in different places and ultimately damaged itself.
We contacted Eufy Nordic, and since the product was still under warranty, they asked us to send it in for inspection. We are currently awaiting their response while they, as stated, âconduct a thorough inspection.â Apparently, the term âNordicâ refers to Germany, as we were required to ship the device there, which came as an unexpected inconvenience.
We will update this review once their final verdict is provided. For now, the experience has been highly frustrating. After getting used to the convenience of a robot vacuum, we are back to cleaning manually on a daily basis. The process may take several weeks, especially since the company is not located in Denmark.
