We understand how disappointing it can be when a piece doesn't feel as special as you had hoped. We always aim to provide clear product photography and detailed descriptions to help customers understand the scale and detail of our jewellery before making a purchase.

As your purchase was made through another retailer rather than directly with us, we're unfortunately unable to access the order details or assist with the transaction itself. However, if you would be happy to contact our customer service team at customerservices@anniehaak.com and let us know where the bracelet was purchased, we would be very grateful. This would allow us to review the imagery being used by the retailer and ensure that our products are being represented as accurately as possible.
