It goes fast and easy to put together

Bought a tent from here. A part broke but they are not able to sell me the broken part. I cannot find this part available anywhere online. Specific part cannot be substituted with anything else. Now I cannot even use my tent. It is useless.

I am not complaining about warranty time. I understand that. I would just suggest you let people know before they buy an item that they will not be able to get parts after if they break. I would have not bought it knowing that.

Shipping was good, packaging was good, all the prices were there and clearly marked, the only problem I had was the directions need to be better, the rocking chairs are hard to understand by a picture had to just wing it.

Very nice 😊 porch seat. Cushions not really too comfortable but we are old and need more padding. Looks really good on our porch.

Absolutely awful product and effective and dangerous.

Immediately after getting this product, which was a fireplace , I wrote a review on my Amazon account which I spent $50,000 on a year and I’ve had for well over a quarter century. They did a fraudulent complaint saying that the review was false , even though I provided a video of the defective fireplace and the horrible noise it made, and didn’t even go into the possible dangers, and caused me to not be able to write reviews for some time until Amazon saw what happened and apologized. For their mistake.

I would not recommend this company or any of this product products and look forward to letting my countless millions of followers know that I would never do so and neither would my partner. With his tens of millions of followers.

Thank goodness it’s freedom of speech to let our tens of millions may hundreds of millions of Americans who follow either one of our websites know that we would never personally purchase their products ever and the horrible experience we had with them.

I just found out today. Amazon reinstated me and apologized for their mistake because of this horrible fraudulent false complaint that this company made.

The service was great. The shipment was fast. The actual product was not that good compared to the original. It is thinner material and instead of having hooks to hold securely to the frame, there are Velcro straps that I'm sure will tear out under strong winds.

The assembly on these chairs were worse than IKEA. Although I do like the chairs, I would never suggest someone buy these. My husband even had trouble with them. It took hours!

My neighbor helped me put the bridge together and with the help things went smoothly. It’s a perfect and functional piece to my garden!
