Lovely quality food that our residents enjoy. A wide range of options giving our residents a great choice and variety day to day. We have a fantastic area manager called Jason who is always there to support us in texture changes allergies and training in dysphasia and iddsi a true support to our home staff and residents. I like the consistency of good communication and quality.

The choices were explained well to the groups, and they enjoyed the opportunity to try some of the meals.

Absolutely amazing food! Lots of choices and very flexible menu. Apetito is meeting everyone nutritional needs! All our residents love tasting sessions and always happy to try new things!

Andrew came and did a fantastic presentation at our care home recently.
He was full of information regarding nutrition, fluids and how to cook to correct temperatures.
He showed us how to serve the food and proper presentation of the plating and how to present the tables for the best dining experience.
We would thoroughly recommend his services to any business.

Jamie and Lizzie have been so helpful and supportive with our transition to Apetito meals in our care home.
Residents love the meals and I am reassured with the nutritional value of Apetito meals.
Families, residents and staff particularly enjoy the tasting sessions days, where we get to sample new menu items before deciding to add to our full menu.
I am particularly grateful for the support with arranging seasonal menus and the whole ordering process is really easy.

The support our Care home has received and continues to receive, has been fabulous.
Paul O'Hara, Duncan and Diane have been so supportive during what should have been an exceptionally stressful time in our Care home moving over to Apetito meals. The food is great, tastes so succulent and full of flavour.
Management eat with the residents every day and we have no complaints, only compliments.

We are a Brentwood care home and have been using Apetito for the past 15 years+ there are 2 homes within our group which is home to 140 residents between the 2. We can not fault the food, customer services, deliveries and the excellent advice given and the range of meals provided. There is a huge menu to choose from and many meals that cater for residents that are unable to eat a mainstream diet. I have to give a massive thank you to the chefs that come up with these dishes and for the amount work that is put in to changing and updating dishes and for the inspirational new dishes they come up with. We hold food tasting events across both homes 2 to 3 times a year which gives residents and the loved ones a chance to sample new and existing menu choices so we can make informed decisions on our 4 weekly menus. Stephen Cooke our rep has been worth his weight in gold for all the advise and help he has given us all these years including helping us by speaking to some of the residents and family member to ensure the best results possible for our residents. It is true to say we would be lost without Apetito the level of service and meals has only improved over the past 15+ years. We have over the years had other companies in to do a comparison to be sure we are getting the best we can and Apetito have always come out head and shoulders above their competitors. Thank you to everyone who has a part to play big or small.

the packaging is not very good

Really awful food. Underseasoned, bland and visually unappealing. Reminiscent of the worst school dinners.

Really tasty food that I had at the Sunday Lunch Club in Trowbridge. The roast beef is excellent, very succulent and I the roast potatoes are crispy and light.

Just back from Apetito for a Sunday meal which is provided for elderly people free every month (just a voluntary charity box donation for Alzheimers optional). A lovely meal (beef is so tender) and a good social event meeting others and all cooked by friendly staff volunteers who have given up their time to look after us. We all look forward to it. Thank you.

We recently switched to Apetito as our school dinner supplier and the experience has been excellent from the very beginning. The team has been incredibly helpful in supporting us through the entire process — from setting up a brand-new kitchen to arranging a new menu tailored to our pupils' needs.

Their guidance at every stage has been clear and professional, and the training provided for our staff has been thorough and effective. One particular highlight was the tasting session organised for parents, which was a real success and helped build confidence in the new meals being served.

We’ve been really impressed with Apetito’s service, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Highly recommended!
