Very happy with recent purchases at Aquaticsonline, delivered safely and well packed.

This order is now 10 days old and no sign of the hose or an e-mail to say when it's arriving my wife's been having to stay in every day waiting for it to arrive, hopefully this week? May be I should have gone for someone else I've now seen also offering free delivery (but next day) Credit Card was charged a week ago.

Everything was well packed and the order was complete. The order was a little slow to arrive but delivery was free so this was acceptable to me. An Email to inform me when the parcel had been dispatched would have been useful. Another Email warning me of the day of delivery would have helped - I nearly missed the delivery because I wasn't expecting it until I had a email.

Delivered what I ordered, very quickly, well packed and in excellent condition. I would recommend to anyone.

The jointing section was good idea and practical but, took a week to arrive and postage was far to expensive @ £4.99p for a piece of plastic in a jiffy bag.Don't
have a problem with the goods but would look farther a field in future for cheaper
postage results.You would probably say you have a minimum charge but when you are paying £11 45p.fora plastic connector postage @ £4.99p is a lot.

I chose this site for its comprehensive stock and availability. Goods were delivered promptly and e-mail advice sent on dispatch so arrival could be expected in case signature required.
Would happily shop here again.

Ordered a small part that could be sent in an envelope first class Royal Mail. Ordered the Friday of a bank holiday weekend but it was not dispatched until the following Thursday. I paid the privilege of this with £4.99 P&P plus VAT fro a 61p stamp.
I was told it wouldn't be sent until after the Bank Holiday, and assumed this would be the Tuesday.

great service and a lot easier to buy from than a treck to the shops

Well, i had searched the web for some unusual parts for 1250 pumps acessories. Looked @ portugal, spain and nothing. Several time looking for it ( 8 heads and 8 sponges ) that eheim sells but it seems no one has it or is ultra-dificult to get it.

For the other side ( for my good luck ) i have found in aquatics online the solution.
It took much more time in transportation ( royal mail in uk -> ctt in portugal ) than to get my order submited and shipped.

The only cons i would like to add was the possibility to pay tracked mail that for my needs ( "emergency" ) was an benefit. But the peopel @ aquatics were fantastic. Always responded in my emails and helped me .
