Site easy to use. Order arrived promptlyl even though we are in France. Will be happy to use Aquatics Online again.

From date of order it took 10 working days for me to get my goods. I contacted them after a week in regards to the delivery and was just told on monday , i've seen it waiting to be despatched a few days ago you should receive it soon, i then didn't recieve it till the friday. When my goods arrived the main item i went onto the website to order had been forgotten, i'm still yet to receive the item i can only hope it appears before the end of the week.

I placed an order on a Monday expecting it to arrive the next day, or Wednesday at the latest. I chased it on the Thursday to be told that it wouldn't arrive until the following week! When it did arrive, the box in which the items were packaged was so flimsy that the lid had actually fallen off and was given to me by a somewhat exasperated courier driver! Amazingly, all the goods seem to be there but it would not have surprised me at all if the connectors (for example) had simply fallen out. This really is sloppy and I have to say I would be reluctant to use Aquatics Online again.

Hard to find replacement light timer unit for out of production fish tank (Tropiquarium 88). Sent & received by week's end. Expensive but cheaper than new tank !Excellent service!

Plants arrived safe and sound, nice specimens and reasonably priced

Took two weeks to receive items as they were out of stock but didn't know there were until I had paid for items

After placing my order, I did become a little concerned that the goods were taking longer than expected but then, up popped an email update advising all customers of some issues due to a change to operations. This was a great example of great communication and customer service. Well done for considering your customers and taking the time to send an update. Easy ordering process, all goods received as required and good value for money. A general well done!

Was able to get a new canister for my Eheim 2224 , which Eheim Parts North America was unable ( or unwilling) to supply . Even better , got the part in a couple of days , though the shipping costs were brutal (no fault of AquaticsOnline though)

I ordered a gravel-cleaning thingy, paid on my card, received notifications, firstly that my order was received, secondly that my item had been sent, next thing - it arrived!

Can't ask for more than that :)

Hey I bought a tank from these guys as they were about £20 cheaper than any other tank of this size on the web. I changed my mind on the colour of the tank and they changed my order to black from silver with no problems or confusion. I will definitely use them again. :D

Delivered promptly and was the correct item.

I ordered the item on 27th January and on 7th Feb I received this email from Adele:
"Hi JOHN,

The item was flagged as in stock on the web site when I placed the order, it is now 17th Feb (21 days later) and I am still waiting for it.

I received an excellent service, it was a shame I didn't read the product information properly. I ended up having to send my product back but not through any fault of aquatics online. When I returned my item I was refunded promptly and without any problems. I would definitely use this company again. Thankyou
