Royal ascot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I thoroughly enjoyed my week at royal ascot 2024. I came with ARC Liverpool and it was my first time and hopefully won’t be my last. Our manager Emma was amazinggg and was the first to check in with us before and after our shift to make sure we were all good and if we needed anything. The shifts and allocation process was very smooth. It was also really nice to meet and get to know fellow arc members better especially as it being my last year in Liverpool. This was a perfect farewell for me and my time at arc, very appreciative of this opportunity:)

The Royal Ascot
I’ve recently worked the Royal Ascot with Arc Liverpool and can honestly say I have no complaints. I had a wonderful week, the accommodation we stayed in was so lovely, the staff I went with were all so friendly and respectful and were always looking out for each-other. Working on site was great, although the week was busy and hard work, it was still organised and fun.
Our manager Emma King was superb, always first on site and last to leave, running around making sure all the staff are comfortable and safe, and was always available to help with any issue.
Overall, I had an amazing week, and can definitely say I’d love to go back next year. Thanks Arc! :)

The Best
I have been with Arc Liverpool for 2+ years and my experience has been positive. Compared to experience of friends working at other agencies, Arc stands out in prioritizing employee wellbeing and interests. Additionally, I have had the chance to work at various prestigious events nationwide like the Royal Ascot, Cheltenham, Golf Open to name a few.

I recently worked at the Royal Ascot…
I recently worked at the Royal Ascot with Arc Liverpool and I can truly say that the whole week ran smoothly. Our manager, Emma, was great when communicating shift times and pick up times, whilst ensuring everyone felt comfortable. Some individuals had issues on site and these were swiftly amended by emma, as she made staff feel confident to come to her for any issues. I had a really great week and will definitley be attending for 2025!

I recently had the pleasure of working through ARC Liverpool at the Royal Ascot, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly smooth, thanks to Emma. She ensured that everyone was well informed on where to be and at what time, which made the entire event run seamlessly and removed stress from the team.
Emma also secured us job allocations in great areas, making the work not just manageable but genuinely enjoyable and the communication and organisation ensured that all team members felt supported and valued throughout the event.
Additionally, the atmosphere created by ARC Liverpool was professional yet friendly, fostering a positive work environment that made every shift a pleasure. I would highly recommend working with ARC Liverpool to anyone looking for a well-organised and enjoyable work experience.

Ascot 2024
The Ascot was a joy to work at. Despite having poor management in a particular Club (Ascot Staff), our Arc manager made sure I was happy and comfortable in work, and helped transfer restaurants to ensure this.
Always responsive via telephone, despite having to manage so many staff. Other staff members were a joy to work with, and made the week memorable.
I will be back next year. Thank you Arc Liverpool! x

Working at Royal Ascot 2024
I have just finished working at the Royal Ascot for 5 days from the 18th-22nd of June and it was an amazing experience meeting new people and working in such a special enviroment. The team at ascot were amazing support especially ARC Sarah, Jay and Val are fantastic. I am very grateful that the company Arc allowed me to be a part of amazing experiences. The Ubeya system makes time management easy and works smoothly around my schedule allowing me to select the days and time in which i was available and how it can all be managed simply through a single app.

Best agency to work for, no Cap
I have worked other agencies and still stands out as the best one as they are always organised and ready to answer any queries when needed. They ensure the needed details are provided for a shift to go smoothly and most time enjoyable. In summary they are one of the best agency to work for as you will be treated as part of the agency, no discrimination or whatsoever are tolerated and I can say this with full confidence because in my 3 years of working with ARC i haven’t seen how safe they ensure they workers are, and lastly they have helped me gained some many useful skills and experience as well as improved existing ones.

ARC - Green Day
I started with ARC earlier on this year, have had so many amazing opportunities and acceptance for some amazing work, Green Day concert in Manchester (which was my dream to hear them live), Blondie Concerts in Halifax, Bryan Adams on 2 occasions in a matter of weeks, bike and car racing just to name a few shifts of many that I have worked.
Arc are a very well organised company, communication from ARC is fantastic, All staff tbat i have met are very friendly and approachable. Can't wait for my next shift and keep up the great work.

I recently worked at ascot and the actual job was amazing i enjoyed it so much, but the arc aspect was poor. Shifts were unorganised, managers didn’t answer the phone or text back, and the other staff were rude and ignorant, coming in most nights after 1am.
