Working with Arc has been fantastic. Their staff are fantastic - Polite, hardworking and knowledgeable. It's great to see a consistent team for our bookings and knowing that the reps are always on hand to support when needed.

Excellent staff provided to our Constellation sites (especially Aston Villa). Always efficient and helpful with business needs.

I can't imagine how difficult it must be to manage and meet the demands of hundreds of students, part-timers or whatever your circumstances may be that demand flexible, short-notice work, but Aine, Emma, Amy and the rest of the team at Arc Manchester do an AMAZING job of doing just that.

These guys always go the extra mile to help make things work for you, if they at all can. You can tell they really care!

Having had a few health issues and a bumpy last year in general myself, the Manchester team have been very accommodating and I won't forget that.

I am aware that pay slips can get mixed up however we have supervisors who sign us in and out and write specific clock in and clock out times.

Last weekend working at Wembley was horrendous. A lot of staff were rude and ill mannered. Job card said I’d finish at 23:30 and I have to ask to leave at 00:00 where the man kindly signed me out, wrote 00:00 clock out as I remember showing him the time and he kept the job cards. I got home at 3am the next morning due to missing the last train I was scheduled to get. I also got to work before 15:30 as asked an hour before (although my shift time was 15:45).

I am happy to be flexible and take the longer journey home for work but not when my job card will mark my clock out time any earlier than I actually did. The work demanded a lot of me and I want my job cards to be accurate. 23:40 instead of 00:00 is only 20 mins, I don’t know if it affects my pay, but it affected my cost of travel and time to get home. I hope this gets sorted fairly.

Joined last summer as a student because I love the fact that Arc is so flexible and it worked perfectly for me. The staff are always helpful especially Rachel who is always there to answer questions and help us. There are a wide variety of shifts from concerts to hospitals and I have never struggled to find a shift. Absolutely love Arc!

I started working with Arc October 2021, by far one of my best decisions. Arc Hospitality is a very healthy environment to work in, they have helped shaped me with little experience into being very good on the job. Amy, Emma and Aine are the best ladies for the job and I appreciate all their help and support. They make the job easy and seamless. I look forward to more amazing experiences with my Arc family.

I joined arc since August 2021 and it’s been good experiences all the way. I love how they are intentional with their staff. They are kind and very understanding. Rachel Alexander, who is Head of Operations of Arc Hospitality, is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. She is always super quick to reply when contacted and goes above and beyond to make sure I have any issue resolved or any information required. Overall a fabulous experience.

Best agency to work with, very understanding and professional, make sure staff are happy and treated nicely Amy an amazing manager as well as Aine and Emma. Would surely recommend working with them.

It is going to take me days literally to write about Arc. Arc is my first and only love in the hospitality industry; a company that accepted me, trained and have projected me into roles and heights I would never have imagined in the industry. The Managers (in the persons of Amy, Aine, Emma, Courtney and a host of the awesome staff behind the scenes) are beyond this world in every facets of managing, adminstration, organisation, empathy and people skills. I could never talk enough of them especially Amy(because she knew right from cradle...lol) but they are just awesomely lovely.

Over the years, I have met great and beautiful personalities whom I have learnt from and still learning from. We have become such a united force helping to bring out the best out of ourselves.

I love working for arc. I have worked at lots of different venues and events. Every day is a different day. I work with lots of different staff who are lovely and we have become a big team. The managers Amy, Ainee, Emma, are always there if you need help or advice, and are lovely.

The staff I work with are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with,we work at great venues and the managers Amy and Aine are thoughtful,helpful,understanding,reply timely and are willing to assist on anything staff need guidance on.

I've been working for Arc for 2 and a half years and I'd say they're very good, the staff are warm and friendly and there's always plenty of shifts available, my only real complaint is the pay system which there's been some issues with being paid my wage which is due to new staff and also no holiday pay as it's baked in to my wages other than that, Arc are a good place to work for.

Amazing to work at arc if you’re looking for potential experience working behind a bar or to do betting or even working at football stadiums another great thing is they offer free transport to places which make it easier for people who don’t drive and they make it easy to get to the pick up point.

Another amazing thing is the Christmas parties and pay.

My experience has been wonderful. I love working with Arc Hospitality.

When shifts for a particular place are full, they should be taken down so we can focus on others. It is very disappointing to keep waiting on "pending shifts". And if there is a reason why you cannot give shifts to a particular person (eg right to work docs expired) please communicate it. It is time wasting to keep applying and getting no results.

I work for Arc next to my full time job and earning extra money on my days off.

Working in different roles on different events help me to have more skills and experience. Fully flexible and I can book the shifts what I fancy to do. Managers and the staff in the office are really helpful, never had any issue. Payment always correct and always on time.

I think this app is doing good.but still need to improve in some point. I think if you can show the employers how many va
vacancies you got or how many people you need for your event ,it will help us.rather than wait for your confirmation.
