I had issues getting into the site and…

I had issues getting into the site and received a very patient and thorough customer service rep who made a great effort to fix the issue and it finally worked however, this is a glitch that keeps repeating itself intermittently. I feel that the site goes down on a frequent basis.

What made my experience great was problem solved.

What made my experience great was, I had a problem and the Arkadium Team fixed it. I accidentally deleted the iHeart games and couldn't get them back. I tried everything. I love playing these games because they help feed sheltered pets. I let them know what happened and they sent me a link.

Staying the Course

Over the course of several days, Rodrigo made several specific suggestions to me to resolve my problem. Trying each one, as per his clear instructions, with no positive resolution did not deter him from staying with me until he finally hit upon the cause of my dilemma. I am very grateful for the time he spent with me and would recommend him highly.

Game Playing Problem Solved!

I emailed support for my problem playing a game. The instructions were simple to follow and now my game plays properly and is more fun, enjoyable and scoring higher than before.

Don't hesitate to ask for help

As soon as I emailed Arkadium, solutions were already in process. During the exchage, I picke up "how to take a screen shot". The agents are friendly and help is quick. They make sure the problem is solved.

Great game selection! Super customer service

Great game selection!
I've been playing Arkadium games daily for months. Lots of choices, and new games often appear. Ads aren't overly annoying, and graphics are great too.

Recently, I ran into a glitch and sent an email about it. I received a response within a couple hours, and they were super quick to help address my question. I was all set in no time, and they even followed up a couple days later to make sure I was ok. All this from a game site that I don't pay a penny for?!!
Awesome in my book!

Good game, shame about the slang U.S words

I like this game because it requires strategy and a good knowledge of words.
What I don't like is the use of is American slang words that don't appear in the English dictionary e.g. 'doozy'!
It's really unnecessary when you can use words everyone recognises.
Spoilt my enjoyment.

the first issue I have not seen again

the first issue I have not seen again. It appears to have been corrected. The issue I have now is when attempting to pull back the cue stick it reverses the direction of the stick and will not allow striking the object ball. Another issue it will call foul after hitting the correct ball and thus changing to the computer shooting.

Fantastic Customer Support

Received an email replying to my question almost immediately. Then received a follow-up email to see if the solution suggested was satisfactory. I replied that I was having a problem getting the it to work and then received a further email with a more descriptive solution which worked for me. All in a very timely manner. Great Work Rodrigo and Arkadium Support!!

I had a problem with loading...

I had a problem with loading my regular Daily Cryptic Crossword, but 2 Arkadium Technicians came to my aid promptly. So good!! Problem solved.
(Cryptic crosswords still keeping us fully engaged and happily entertained.)

Values members with 5-star CSV

I had a Arkadium Advantage subscription to play one game, Resolve (a math brain game) in 2024 with hopes it would help me in recovery following a tragic injury. I had only played a dozen or so times when I realized it was "over my head" and caused more anxiety and frustration. So I stopped. I had more set backs and had forgotten about the subscription. In January of this year, I saw a debit for the game on my bank statement. Knowing I'd not be using the game, I contacted CSV and explained my situation. They were so KIND and CARING! I'd asked if my 2025 subscription could be refunded and they were very gracious in doing so, while wishing me well in my continued recovery. When I'm able to return to the gaming circuit, Arkadium will be my provider for entertainment!!

Fun games and superior customer service

Arkadium is so much fun as a simple, straightforward gaming site and on the rare occasion there is an issue, the customer service is TOP NOTCH. Super fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They respond quickly and don't stop until they figure out the problem. Then they follow up to make sure it's been fixed. I've been a paid Advantage subscriber since it was available and it's one of the best values in gaming. The ads aren't horribly annoying to begin with, but as soon as they offered a premium subscription I signed up just to support them. Can't say enough good things!

I sent 1 email and it was answered swiftly and gave me the answer to my question. I used their suggestion and it worked perfectly.

I was able to start playing Hurdle again immediately after doing what they suggested!
