Arkadium Games
When playing as free online games I could overlook the glitches. As a paying concern NO. Frequently have to log back in oft times unsuccessfully.
Update: Have had Arkadium respond favorably and seems much improved.

Arcadium games
As with all game sites, there are occasional glitches. Arcadium are really easy to contact when there's an issue and they work to put things right quickly. They check if a problem is sorted (via email) before closing the ticket.
The games are fun and the adverts are minimal - before the game begins but not during the game. I like the control over sound effects and music, and the visuals are clear and a good size when playing on the phone.

Great response to problem
I had a problem with some games not loading; I sent a message to the support group and got an email back almost instantly, suggesting how to fix the problem. I did as recommended and the problem disappeared. Great, fast response that resolved my issue.

I play all sorts of games on this site and when I wrote to complain that a game wouldn't let me reach a higher level (it would freeze), I wrote to the company and after a few days they fixed the problem and it worked better than before. Their emails are always friendly, courteous and timely.

Whenever I have had a question, I have emailed Arkadium. I have always had an immediate acknowledgment, followed by an immediate, helpful response which fixed my problem. I wish all organizations could copy this level of customer service!

Well, the games are excellent quality and fun to play. The Arkadium Support Team is a great help. The issue was efficiently fixed and I am glad to be a customer to this site. I shall keep playing and having fun, and if any issues come up, I know who to talk to! And I know my problems will be fixed promptly, making me a very happy customer. Keep up the good work!

Diagonal sudoku broke over a month ago
Over a month ago .. arkadium changed the diagonal sudoku. The defailts for the puzzle chsnged. No history is saved. I used to see how many i solved in a month… now you take a phone call and progress is gone. Since arkadium has become a monopoly appearing on all puzzle websites… bye bye arkadium and sudoku
